      I placed an order from Snipes and received the order; the shoes were too small. I was told to mail the return because they do not offer return labels. I returned the shoes, and my tracking said they were received, but when I emailed Snipes, they said they never received them. The shoes were delivered to them on April 6th, 2023. I am just looking for a refund for my shoes. I will never purchase shoes from them again. There needs to be a better system for returns, especially for online orders so that they can track them. I am not happy with their customer service and how this situation is not being solved.

      Complete fraud. Ordered over a dozen T-Shirts and pants from this business, totaling $350+. Almost all items arrived damaged and in separate packages (2 didn't arrive at all). I returned all items and have emailed customer service 8(!!!) times over the past 3 months asking about my refund. Other than computer-generated generic replies every 3-4 weeks asking for information that I already provided in all of my emails, nobody from Snipes responds to my requests. This business is a complete scam and a nightmare to deal with. They don't even have a phone number on their website.

      This company, hands down, has the WORST customer service. I ordered a pair of shoes as a Christmas gift. It said the order had been received, but it didn't ship. I tried endlessly to contact them since it was not received by Christmas. I could not get through their customer service phone line, nor did they respond to my countless emails to ask them to stop the shipment since it never came in time. About a month AFTER Christmas, they emailed me to let me know my shipment was on the way. I kept trying to email them and call them to ask them to not ship them, but I couldn't get a reply. I ended up having to pay for the return of the shipment myself. They received the shoes back, and it took over 3 weeks to get a refund! Unreal! This company should not be in business. There is a reason they are rated an F...do NOT shop here.

      I would leave zero stars if I could!
      SNIPESUSA is a complete Scam! I ordered shoes begging of December for a Christmas present for my son. Day before Christmas I emailed them to find out why I never got the shoes. They write back saying "there is no stock left" of the shoes. I said, ok well that messed up but I want me refund. They had already taken my $54. Several email exchanges and they still won't give me a refund. Now it's middle of Middle and they are writing me to tell me "this matter is now considered closed ", weekend though I never received my order OR my money back!

      I placed an order on Jan 12, and received an email confirming that the order has been shipped. However, information is not available for the tracking number provided by SNIPES USA. I reached several times through the website as well as at email about solving this issue or issuing a refund, and they simply ignore me. Whenever I called their phone number, Im prompted to leave my phone number for a call back, but I'm yet to receive a single call.

      I placed an order for a couple of items got charged $260.00 payment went through successfully never received a confirmation email. Business haven’t returned my email. There’s no way to contact anyone!! ***Fraud***

      They only ship out one shoe and customer is horrible. They do not return calls or emails. The only way you can get your money back is via dispute with your bank or PayPal. Or your stuck with one shoe

      I Just Recently Ordered From This Company & They Gave A Fake Tracking Number Through Ups. I Talked To Ups & Ups Told Me That They Never Received My Package. Snipes USA Has Horrible Customer Service. They Have Been Scamming & Taking Advantage Of Customers That Have Spent They’re Hard Earned Money. I Want A Refund For The $215 I Spent On Their Website. I Have Reached Out To Them Multiple Times & They Have Yet To Remedy The Problem.
