I would like to know why do you have a rite aid location ********** that the Pharmacy closes everyday from 1:30PM to 2:00PM? It's not convenient. It's not a good business practice. You have people that don't have the luxury making sure they get to Rite Aid after 2:00 pm. Once the Pharmacy reopens you have a line waiting to be seen.Business Response

Today, 3/8/2023 I had an appointment to get a ******* booster shot. I have a high anxiety because I am scared of needles. I expressed my anxiety and my fear of needles. I made an appointment for 10 AM. I went a half hour earlier to make sure that my appointment was valid came back in at 10 AM or 9.55am The receptionist have my paperwork ready to go. I was very happy with her. I came in the day prior and by mistake I made an appointment at the wrong facility. I apologize to her and said that I was so sorry that I had bit upset due to I was scared of needles and I had of high , anxiety of needles. The regular doctor that is usually there was not there. It was a younger doctor there. I was in the waiting area turning white sweating, not feeling too good due to the anxiety just to get in the chair to get the needle or shot. A customer walks in after 10 o’clock and the young doctor help that customer first and another customer walked in and they help that customer also so now it’s about 1015 and I can’t stay there any longer because the anxiety was overwhelming. The reason I’m reporting this is because if it was their son or daughter or child they would not let that young child or person wait with the anxiety that they may have so I had to walk out with leaving my immunization card and my complaint is people shouldn’t be treated that way, especially when they are indicating that they cannot or they have an anxiety of needles or the process that they’re getting ready to go through they should be more understanding and not laugh at them, or think it’s funny because of their age race. I don’t want to know what more to say or do my birthday is 9/29/66 and now I must go through this all over again I’m not saying it’s anybody’s fault that I have this anxiety but your doctors and your receptionist should be more sympathetic with their customers. Any time of day at multiple locations in Philadelphia, Rite Aid pharmacies have not been answering phones. Pateints are unable to call and conduct business over the ohone about important medications. The last time this happened to me was March 8 at 12:50 pm. This is impacting the health of my family and the entire community of people who rely on Rite Aid to supply their medication. They blame short staff, it doesnt seem there is any effort to fix this issue at all. There needs to be a class action lawsuit about this. After all the effort and suffering people go through just to get a prescription, and the pharmacy is going to be what ends up killing them. Evil.Business Response

I made a return in Feb, since i used bonus cash when purchase the item, the receipt says the refund will go back to my bonus cash account. But it's been more than 2 weeks, still no refund. My issue is with the Rite Aid Pharmacy at Huntingdon Valley, PA **************** on ***************. I've been a loyal customer at thisstore since the Nov. 2000. They were once a much smaller store at the center of th Huntimgdon Valley Shopping Center, My physician does an an amazing job writing the necessary prescriptions to treat my many medical conditions. I frequently visit the store for varied purchases in cluding my prescription refills. Over the past 6 months to a year I've experienced several unprofessional. demesning and direspectful incidents at this location. Which have caused me to become physically anxious and very hesitant to call or even pick up my much needed prescriptions. Needless to say I am truly disappointed with the rude service and total in competence of the pharmacy and the front store employees. I constantly feel disregarded and com.pletely direspected. For the past 2 years I have been getting non stop calls from rite aid calling for the wrong person about prescriptions being filled. I have blocked several numbers, but I'm getting 4 or more voicemails almost daily about this person bybthe last name of ******** they keep calling form I have a small business and sometimes my voice-mail gets spammed with these messages to the point that my voice-mail is full and nobody else can leave messages. I have attempted to call the local store, they can't seem to help. I've called and spoken with customer service, that supposedly put me on a no contact list. Yet calls keep rolling in! This is absolutely ridiculous and I need it to stop. I can't have my customers not be able to leave messages because rite aid can't seem to be able to stop calling for the wrong person.Business Response

Rite aid store #**************************** Beaumont ca *******. Today was the most embarrassing upsetting day at this pharmacy. We were there to get a vaccination and my wife approached the counter said we had an appointment. The girl says I don’t see you here. My wife asked if she needed the names of who had the appointment because she never asked. The with an attitude told my wife I don’t need you crap. Then she asked for the Covid cards and my wife being short kinda tossed the cards to the lady and she snapped and said she will not service us and to get out of the store. Then the pharmacist himself told us to get out. We then approached the store manager and told her what happened. For months and months I have to physically go to pharmacy and wait to have medicine filled, or refilled. I have tried calling the 2 stores I use numerous times each month , and never ever answer the phone. Pharmacist Name: ***** Store Address: ************************************************************************* honestly believe that ***** should be fired from his job with immediate effect. More importantly the person who hired ***** should be fired as well.I called the pharmacy to check on my refills. The call was made on 02.15.2023 at 6:28pm PST. The call lasted for 4 mins 28 secs. ***** who has extreme difficulty understanding English Language said no medicines are left for refills under my name. I asked for his manager when he sent the call to a voicemail. ***** does not understand English Language, he cannot even speak English language. Being a pharmacist is not like working in ********** it is a very important role which comes with a lot of responsibilities. Putting this kind of a person like ***** who does not understand a word in English as a pharamacist, puts people's medical needs at jeopardy.I called again and I spoke with a female technician named *******, who confirmed I do have the refill still available. ******* also confirmed that the pharmacy manager named **** was not even present at the store when I called. But I guess that did not stop the Non-English speaking pharmacist ***** to divert my call to a voicemail. This is a clear indication that ***** the pharmacist is unresponsive to his duties due to lack of his English speaking and understanding ability. This kind of neglect would not be tolerated.
