      I prepaid for my medications on 10/23/23 in the amount of 44.37. When I went to pick up I was told I could not, and was instructed to contact the Rite Aid corporation. I made multiple requests starting on 10/30, 11/2, 11/3, 11/7, 11/8 and 11/11. I was told to send an email to supportpaypos.com which I did mutiple times and there was no response. Every time I called the pharmacy multiple times and I was told they were unable to run my medications due to their computer. I had to switch to a different pharmacy and was out of important medication for 2 weeks!

      Rite aid has closed all the stores in my area and no one bothered to transfer my prescriptions to the default pharmacy THEY assigned to me (***). I am running out of my meds and the rite aid people keep running me around in circles, they tell me to have my last rite aid pharmacy send them but THEY WERE CLOSED without warning. They just closed. Rite aid has done nothing to get this fixed and I demand they work on it.

      I have been trying to work with Rite Aid for weeks and nothing has been done to fix the problem. they keep passing the buck and making me do all the work. I won't be satisfied till the Rx transfer is complete.

      I had to have my doctors resend my prescriptions to the Rite Aid still near my  area. That's the only way I could get my prescriptions into the third replacement Rite Aid store. To be clear Rite Aid was no help at all. I had to call my doctors and make appointments to get them to send my prescriptions to Rite Aid. My original store did send the prescriptions to the first replacement store and that store, the second Rite Aid, failed to send my prescriptions to my current Rite Aid. My third Rite Aid since the closures.

      Please note this is not the first occasion this happened to me or others within the community. On numerous occasions my physicians has submitted prescriptions for me at Rite Aid and 2-3 days later I still dont hear anything from the pharmacy. You can try to call them and they 99% of the time do not answer their phone. Example right now I have been waiting 13 minutes for someone to answer. So your scripts dont get filled but you cant reach anyone on the phone for help. I had scripts put in that I need on 12/4 and 12/5 by 2 doctors. I also submitted some refills on 12/6. Today is 12/7. I did finally reach someone this morning asking for a status on 12/4 and 12/5. They told me they would get it ready by 1:00. This happens every time. I received an automated call at 12:48 telling me they were ready. I took off work, went to the pharmacy, waited in line for 22 minutes, got my medication and was told the refills still werent ready!. I get home, pull it out so i can take it and ONLY the script from 12/4 is in the bag! This pharmacy is ridiculous and you can see on the neighborhood apps numerous complaints on them. So I tried to Call them about my 12/5 script. At 14 minutes, they disconnected the call without answering. What if these scripts were life or death? And as I said, this is an all the time occurrence. Not just this once.

      I requested a refill of my diabetes medication at Rite Aid Pharmacy on 11/22/23, then I got a message on 11/24/23 that it was out of stock and to come pick it up on 11/27/23. I did come back to the pharmacy, but they told me that it was delayed to come back on Wednesday, 11/29/23. I did call to check if my medication was ready, but it is still not available, and they were so rude to me when I explained that I needed my medication, then they told me to come again on Monday, 12/3/23. Until now, it has not been refilled. This is not the only incident that happens; it does keep going on. They are threatening my health by delaying the refill of my medication.

      I have filled three (3) prescriptions for an ********* ******* inhaler at Rite Aid from Lupin. I have bought one nasal spray and had the same experience.All three have been defective. I pitched the first one and have the second and third which are useless.I was told by the pharmacy to contact the *****.I had to switch pharmacy to *** to get a different manufacturer and an inhaler which worked.I believe Rite Aid has closed this particular store.

      I purchased two bottles of Rite Aid probiotic gummies at this location, but they tasted terrible. I lost the receipt, but called the manager/associate. "*******" answered my call on 11-24-23. He said that I can get a gift card for the purchase. I would have to bring my State ID. I told him that I would be there on 11-25-23.I get to the store on 11-25-23 and I'm told that location doesn't accept returns without a receipt. ******* mentioned nothing about that when I spoke with him over the phone. He tried to process it only to learn that they don't accept returns on vitamins. Nowhere on the receipt is that mentioned.They are deceptive. There's nothing posted that states these restrictions. No signs. Nothing.

      Online order from Rite Aid in October, 2023. Large shipping box arrived, very heavy, and damaged at one end and open. I took photos of the box. I unpacked the box and not all of the items in my order were inside. I called Rite Aid online customer service and spoke with "******" who took my case and told me the order was likely split into two and a second box with other items would be shipped to me, ****** had no further details (tracking number, ETA). Three weeks later, I haven't received another shipment to complete my order. I called Rite Aid online customer service again and a male representative opened a case for me and said the matter would be referred to a supervisor or case analyst. One week later I haven't received any contact from Rite Aid. I have the damaged shipping box in my possession and I'd very much like this matter resolved so I can dispose of the shipping box. The missing items are 6x Crest toothpaste double packs, 6x ******* unscented rollon deodorant, 5x three packs of tubs of Carmex lip balm, and 2x triple packs of Carmex balm tubes. Given how long this has dragged on, I request a refund for the missing items. Thank You. *******************************

      I have experienced pretty racist behavior by staff at the Rite Aid Amherst, NY. While the staff and manager seem friendly I have been followed in the store by an elderly cashier and her manager. And just the other day I went in there and I also had the manager come from behind the counter and look in my wallet as I gathered money. And, when I paid for my order I usually spend close to a hundred my bills are check even though giving 20s and no one else. Something must be done to change this mentality in your store or you can count on losing customers of color. This is not my normal Rite Aid store I go to but I do go here and I think something is either the matter with your training or staff to be belligerent toward customers of color.

      I am rejecting this response because: The matter has not been responded to or addressed by the organization. This is a very racist entity and I’ve also seen on occasion a ***** customer at Rite Aide in Grand Island New York be treated indifferently. This store needs diversity training.

      Hello, I purchased a gift card for $100.00 for my friend's birthday from Rite Aid in San Diego on 10/27/23. My friend tried to use the gift card today at a grocery store and noticed that are missing 4 digits on the number of the account of the gift card and the magnetic strip was not working. I went tonight to the Rite Aid store where I purchased the gift card and they told me they can't refund me. First of all I leave in the area 25 years my number with Rite Ate is my cell# ************ I never had any problems with gift cards before. Second It was a very disappointing to buy a birthday present to a close friend and to be in this condition. Third of all Rite Aid employee didn't help me at all and mentioned that I might did it by myself which was very disturbing. And why we are paying an activation fee to Rite Aid?
