      On 09/15/2023 I had an prescription filled at rite aid it was for 90 days @ 2 pills a day which would be 180 pills, I only received 90 pills. I reached out to rite aid, my doctor and the insurance company and NO ONE seems to think this is a problem, It is to the person who is sick because now they have go with out their medication for 2 months. Rite aid made an error and refuses to acknowledge they did, the doctor says they can't do anything, the insurance company does not seem to have a problem being charge for a product their customer did not get. What are the options' for looking into this? Where are the other 80 pills? Who monitors the medication in Pharmacies? Going on the rite aid ** page I realized this is an on going problem and I am reaching. Thank you.

      I have gone without my medication since 11/9/23. The pharmacist said someone forgot to order. I am sick & now going through withdraws. He told me it would be here Monday, 11/13/23. It was 2:10pm & still no text. I called Rite Aid & a girl told me it would still be an Hr to an Hr & a half. What is going on??? They never text me to let me know they not only didn’t order my medication but were out & couldn’t get it until Monday. I had my husband run to see if he could get it on Saturday & he came home without it. I found this information out @3pm Sat. Who am I going to get at this point to fill a new prescription on a Saturday? 4 full days without my medication. Keith, the pharmacist told me they had a girl on maternity leave. It’s now Monday! It was 2:10 & I called them back today! I’ve truly had enough with ******* Rite Aid. I haven’t paid anything at this point because I still don’t have my prescription & it’s now almost 3:00pm! I would like to know what your company is going to do about this? I had this problem 3 wks ago. I called in to refill 2 days before pickup. I go to pick it up & had to sit there for 40 minutes!! If they don’t text me in the next 20 minutes, I’ll be going to the ER!

      I purchased a ************ Gift Card for $50 and it was fraudulent. The $50 was gone and balance zero by the time I got home to activate it. I took it back to Rite Aid for a replacement or refund and they refused. I sent an email to **** regarding this fraudulent gift card - no repsonse.

      I had a prescription called in on 11/4. I have called every single day about 10 times a day to see if my prescription has been filled. I went to the pharmacy today on 10/08 just to be told they put a hold on my prescription because of a back order. Not informing someone they do have access to their medication seems like something they should be informing me about. Instead there are pharmacy techs wearing crop tops writing my personal and sensitive information on receipt paper and showing to a pharmacist I would hope. My information was not even shredded afterwards just slid across the counter while they took the next customer. The pharmacy could’ve called and checked to see if another pharmacy had it in stock but did nothing. I felt like I was interrupting their conversation trying to get my prescription in the first place. Another lady is arguing with a pharmacy tech to get her prescription filled. It is absolutely unprofessional and disgusting in there. I’m so disappointed

      I had a really bad buying experience. I used self checkout using paper coupons & left. Came back about 15 min later and a worker there told me I had to leave the store because I was using paper coupons. He said "We told you that you cant use paper coupons, I saw you use them. You need to leave!". I disregarded an earlier warning about using paper coupons a couple days ago because I read the corporate policy that says it accepts paper coupons so I knew they did not know what they were talking about. Rite aid corporate coupon policy states: "At Rite Aid, we gladly accept many coupon types—including manufacturer coupons found in newspapers and magazines, as well as print-at-home coupons—to ensure you get the most value for your dollar. We accept the following coupon types as detailed in the coupon acceptance guidelines listed below: COUPON TYPES: Manufacturer Coupons Manufacturer coupons are found in newspapers, magazines and even affixed to products. The UPC on these coupons begins with a “5.” Internet/Print at Home coupons Rite Aid will accept internet/print at home coupons." This is so disappointing its unbelievable. Being treated like a criminal for using coupons. I feel I am being treated the same way as someone stealing something when I am just "trying to get the most value for my dollar" just like Rite Aid states above. There is some type of disconnect between the local store and what corporate says is acceptable.

      I am rejecting this response because: I talked to the manager who was nice to me and tried to help resolve the issue but the same issue remains. She says ip coupons are not accepted and only 1 like coupon per transaction. This is against the Rite Aid corporate coupon policy. I have included an attachment of the corporate policy on coupons with the important parts highlighted. I tried using two like coupons today which is well within the limit but was rejected. How is it that this store(#*****) is so different from all the other Rite Aids across the country that accept ip coupons & 4 like coupons per transaction? It does not make any sense...

      On 11-6-23, my wife went to Rite Aid to purchase 24 Hr *******. From six feet away the cashier (#*********) held up a box for my wife to identify as the correct item. The box is 3.75"x3.5" and the text to identify the product as the 24 Hr type, as opposed to the 12 Hr type is less than 1/4". My wife asked the cashier for the 24 Hr type. The cashier flashed her a 12 hr box that looks almost exactly the same, again, from 6' away, then stuffed it into a bag and charged her. My wife signed for it and came home. The moment she arrived, I took the bag, noticed the mistake and called the pharmacy. The pharmacist laughed at me and told me he would not exchange nor refund.

      I got prescribed new medication on Tuesday October 24. It was then sent to my local Rite Aid and they had told me it would be ready in two days. I wait the two days and call to see if my medication is in and they say they're just ordering it since they don't have it in stock. So they tell me it should be ready Monday October 30, i go and they tell me its not ready and I should have it by November 2nd. Im not sure if this is normal or not, but I have an appointment with my psychiatrist in a week to see how the medication has been working, and I don't have it yet.

      On Wednesday October 25th the pharmacy at rite Aid decided to turn off their phones and not answer calls during business hours. When I then called the store to ask why the girl *** who answered the phone got smart with me and said well they are short staffed so. I told them I needed to speak to them. You see my sons medication was out of stock this morning and I was told to call this afternoon it should be in. Well the girl laughs and said she would page them then puts me on hold for 45 mins. So I hung up and called back to ask for corporates number. She then puts me on a short hold and hung up on me. This is no way to run a business specially when it's to supply medicine to people. I am disabled and do not drive so I can not just go down there. My son needs his medication and I have to have someone get it for me. Their phone should be answered short staffed or not!

      When i was checking out my items at Rite Aid the cashier name ****** was extremely rude to me. She refuse to put my items in the rite aid bag and said that she is not my slave. I am a regular customer and deserve to be treated with respect. Every other cashier always place my items in the bag during check out. I feel this is unprofessional. Also when I ask to speak to the manager, he was not receptive to situation and did not address my concerns. The employee by the name of **** however intervein and checked me out and was respectful. This lady should not be working at Rite Aid dealing with customers. This happened at store # ***** at ********************** in New York City around 10:40pm on Tuesday October 17, 2023. I have attach 2 pictures of the person who refuse to check out my items and bag it. Again ****** should not be working at this store for how she treated me as a customer who did nothing to her.

      I was trying to make a payment to my ******* Bankcard and I never had use Rite Aid before to make payment I told the cashier that it was not a ***** *** Card and she told me to just push any button to see if it go's through and I did just that and she told me it work so I hand her my moneys she told me to check my card in 20 minutes my money should be there but that never happen so I look up the reload and it was a EBT web site so on the next day on 10-05-02023 I go's back to get my refund and I was there for over 3 1/2 hours waiting to get my money and after all that waiting I still couldn't get my moneys back from them it been the longest 2 days of my life.
