Obviously a scam, stay away from these people they are scammers and I think most positive reviews here are been written by them. I recommend you use ******** (5o9) 542-7608 for your meds refill, I was able to get my adderall 30mg from him after I got scammed by this site. He is definitely a life saver.

The Pharmacy at *********************************************************************************************************** **. might be the worse experience Ive ever had. Three phone calls from my Doctor. 4 phone calls from me, and they still couldn't get the prescription right or have it ready on time. I will never use this rite aid again.Incompetence at this level should have consequences.

"well today July 8th, 2024 at around 12:25 p.m. I was shopping for a quick lunch and my experience is the following: When I gathered my two items and approached the checkout register and after I placed my transaction I was walking out the door when I heard this older Hispanic lady say addressing me and called me a, '***** ** ****". This has not been the only time that specific lady has name called me or disrespected me it has happened before. The Location is the rite aid addressed to be the 345 town Center Mall Santa Maria, CA I would like for there to be a training to help those who have forgot in how to treat a random person with respectful customer service technique.
Thank You so very much sincerely I S*******.

I recently stopped in my local Rite Aid. Digital checkout began by asking irrelevant questions unrelated to the POS (point of sale) Did I want to text notifications? Did I want other products? A few other asks. It convoluted the process and was cognitively interruptive. Digital transactions CAN be simple, and fast. The cashier said these questions were new. I decided to simplify life by never entering a Rite Aid again. Don't interrupt a customer trying to give you money! Padding a payment process with time-wasting tasks is poor business practice.

If I could give them no stars I would. I live in Philadelphia Pa and the Rite Aids here are disgusting patient safety issues. I am on life sustaining medications that are picked up on schedule and set to auto refill yet whenever it’s time to refill not only is it not auto refilling when I call to get it refilled I have to call about 20xs before they answer the phone to tell me it’s out of stock. Then send me to another location who’ve “they’ve confirmed has it in stock” just for me to get there and find out they don’t and I’m left bouncing location to location trying to get my medication or go days without it. Once a location I was sent to did have it and when I got there they told me that their inventory is for their patients and other locations shouldn’t be sending me there. Today I spent hours on the phone trying to get my meds not wanting to do the running around just wanting to confirm that a location actually has it first as someone else was picking it up for me. I had location pick up and hang up to stop the phone from ringing. I was told a location had it for sure just to call 20xs to find out they didn’t. Even called their cooperate customer service line who had the same issue I had getting hung up on and not getting through. They weren’t able to find a location that had my medications. They weren’t able to help at all. Tried to have the original pharmacist call and same thing. So I finally call CVS to have them contact the original pharmacist to have my medication transferred there and of course CVS can’t get RIte Aid to send my medications to them. So I’ll probably be in the ER tonight thanks to Rite Aid

I went to Rite Aid in Brea California on December 7th, 2023. I went to the pharmacy to pickup medication for a friend that lives in the disability building I live in. She is very sick and she couldn't come in herself to get her medications.

The pharmacy staff member told me that I can't pick up her medication as one of it is controlled. I asked if I can show my ID as CVS let's friends and family pickup controlled medications for me when I am feeling too sick to get my medications.

The staff member gave attitude and was rushing the conversation as I could see that she was changing from her work outfit as if she was ready to leave. I texted my friend that I was getting the medication for and informing her of the situation. My friend said that is strange as CVS allows others to pickup controlled medications with their own ID.

I asked for the pharmacist. A woman got our of her chair with attitude and said that I was already told the policy. I asked if I could see the policy as it was now starting to sound like a personal issue and not a company policy. The pharmacist said "NO" I can't show you the policy. I said that's strange that you are not allowed to show me a policy that you say is in place as a company policy for customers?

I told the pharmacist, can I get my friends ID and show it? She said "NO"! She has to come in. I said she is too sick to come in. There is something wrong with what's going on. I asked why are you getting so worked up at me wanting to see your policy? She then said for me to not point at her as I was talking to her. I said what are you talking about? I wasn't pointing at you and I was pointing in the other direction. I said if this goes to court, they will review the cameras and see that you are a liar. She then said I'm calling security and the police!

I was shocked at her behavior just for me asking to see that policy. She then called on the P.A. for security and claimed she called the police. Her co-worker got involved and I left.

doctor sent in a prescription. First I get an email that the medication is out of stock. Then, the pharmacist called and said that the medication isn't covered by my insurance and that they had sent a msg to my doctor requesting a new script that would be covered by my insurance. My doctors office called them and was told that my insurance didn't provide any alternatives and that I would need to call my insurance. I have medical . I checked the medication approval list and the medication is approved. Rite Aid Customer service told me to contact the same pharmacy and use their online service to see if the prescription was filled. Which wasn't at all helpful. Also, trying to contact my insurer wasn't helpful at all. I have medical and I haven't been able to find any contact information that would resolve the issue in a timely manner.

I asked yesterday to a ride pharmacy agent, I know my prescriptions not due out snatch it out my hands and said will put it on hold until then cause that’s the day it will need to be refilled out. I looked on the app. I don’t see nothing on hold on the so I called corporate to see if they could check to see if they put it on hold and the lady had like the biggest attitude that I had the nerve the even called her and asked see that’s a life sustaining medication just because of their opinion of a view of it shouldn’t affect the way they talk to me as you can tell I take it as prescribed because it’s not due out and talk .My insurance is aware of that and they said just double check with the policy of the pharmacy they have a hold so they don’t discard it. She said yelled at me and said, how am I supposed to know why are you leaving a message for corporate because I couldn’t find it on the app anywhere I was asking for help because the pharmacy wouldn’t help me. They were rude they need retraining and customer service skills, I know when my prescriptions do out I just want to make sure they have it on hold. That’s what my insurance told me to do didn’t need the attitude. How dare you call corporate about this I don’t know these answers she said that’s corporate talking to me so the same lady you contact will call me again tomorrow and yell at me it’s called discrimination is what she’s doing because of my what my prescription is. Nobody’s trying to get anything So now I gotta walk back up there to make sure they have it on hold because she can’t tell me now his answers.. corporate customer service training skills, just like the pharmacy. The front desk clerks were excellent. They help me better than anybody I just assume corporate knew more but apparently they don’t. So corporate knows nothing about what goes on and their stores is from what the lady said this morning from corporate thank you have a great day everyone
