      We have stopped doing business with this company for over 6 months. We are still being billed. I continuously contact them and they SAY ok youre all set and then the bills just keep coming? Its bananas! Please help?!

      I made the mistake of signing a contract with Aramark February of last year and it has been a truly horrible experience. It took several months after signing the contract for them to even begin servicing my gym. This was a problem as I needed mats to deal with the snow and salt and these were no longer relevant when they decided May was a good time to provide what I asked for. After service began I would either watch the service man drive through my parking lot and not come into the building or not show up at all. I was still invoiced for everyone of these "visits" regardless of the fact that no services were provided. They claimed that since their mats were still in the building they are justified charging me whether or not any cleaning or replacement services were provided. When I call and attempt to speak with someone I would leave 3-4 messages in a week and not be dignified with a response for 2-3 weeks. I despise this company but understand I am stuck for the length of the contract I signed. Since they will not pick up their mats and release me from the contract all I want is to not be charged for days they did not hold up their end of the contract.
