      The branch that services Lancaster Ca is awful. They shell out new employees like pez. When trying to pay your invoice they will have you on hold for over an hour. I am not being dramatic. I have tried to pay my bill now on 4 different occasions and all calls have been between 50 minutes to my longest call 1 hour 31 minutes. They refuse to respond via email I’m a timely manor. We have had multiple missing deliveries, we have had invoices that are higher and higher each month without explanation. I do not recommend this company if they can not multitask in a corporate setting.

      HORRIBLE company. They do not let you know about the auto renewal when they sign you up. Now i'm stuck in their contract. BEWARE

      Aramark over charged us for almost a year. Then came in and renegotiated a contract with lower price and more service. The driver brought us the invoices with the wrong price and hand changed it. We paid what he changed it to. Then we were sent notices of late payment for the difference in what he wrote sand what the original invoice was. This went on for about a month. The service stopped so we had another vender come in and take over the service. Now we are getting harassing calls from a collection company on their behalf. Aramark service is bad but the accounting is terrible.

      The driver is very nice to talk to.
      But the smell of these clothes is disgusting. I don't think my boss cares about what I put on for 12hrs of work.
      I thought it was me at first,but I asked and can smell my coworkers uniforms, they stink just like mine. These are the "washed uniforms".
      I have to take them home and wash them after they wash them,got no choice. The smell !!!!
