      My husband worked for them for 3 days and got fired because his back was aching and he was merely fixing it so it wouldn't be so sore. They really don't care about their employees at all. The bosses are no different guarantee they stretch and do other things they're not supposed to. It's like bosses get away with murder while the employees get treated like garbage. Very unprofessional and selflessness. I hope they get their KARMA in the end.

      If I could rate them less then 1 star I would, they are shady. Don't sign a uniform/linen contract with them unless you plan on combing every invoice with a fine tooth comb. They will increase your rates at will leaving a note on your invoice that you've had an increase in the smallest font they can find. your contract will say they can do this but that doesn't make it right, it just makes it legal. They charge you for services that they don't actually perform but because you're trying to run a business you aren't watching every delivery and reading all the fine print because with a reputable company you wouldn't have to. We get charged for mats that aren't being replaced, a first aid kit that's not looked at, random service charges, delivery charges, invoice minimums, products that aren't even in the building.

      This company really has no care towards their employees. They will s**** you over to no end. Honestly it's been the worst experience I have ever had working. They haven't cared about how the workers are treated AT ALL. I have no Healthcare which I need soon as possible since I have a kid on the way and they allow the bosses to treat you like s*** I get yelled and cursed at by the bosses all the time. They hit me and everything. I'm so done with aramark

      Aramark is having some real issues from the top of the chain. For some reason they care more about money than their workers (not unlike a lot of businesses) and when made aware of harassment, lack of professionalism, sexism, discrimination, or low pay they will fire you or retaliate against you. Especially the Aramark jobs affiliated with ******* they only care about managers and nothing else. Keep an eye out, because it looks like Im not the only one saying this.

      I am writing this review on behalf of my son who is the Autism Spectrum and is looking for a job as a food service worker. We saw an opening for him at a hospital (near our home) whose food service is run by Aramark.Aramark's AI Assistant (*****) scheduled a phone interview for him. It kept him updated on when his interview would take place. We have set aside time so that he could be prepared to do the telephone interview. Unfortunately, when it came time for the interview, no calls arrived. It has been been a frustratingh experience for my son. When we tried to inquire as to why no calls were made, the AI assistant kept giving us the run around. There was no telephone number or actual live person to talk to. At this time, using AI to streamline costs and efficiently are definitely not working. This makes the process for trying to get people witih disabilities to work not high on the list of priorities.************* boards and hospitals take inclusion matters into consideration when contracting out their services to companies like this.

      complete frauds. Horrible service and when we tried to cancel contract they are trying to extort my company for $17000. Will be in a legal battle from here on.

      May I rate Aramark Uniform Services lower than 1 star - They are the most unethical company in the industry! Charging for service NOT performed - and having the nerve to charge for a "No Show" and refusing to credit my company!

      I would absolutely NOT recommend Aramark Uniform Services for any Service Related Business in Louisville, Kentucky!

      Unethical and as far as I'm concerned, they have stolen from my company!

      We have had this company for awhile in the Montgomery area....service started ok has went down hill. so we decided to stop our contracts with them. gave notice 5 months before our contract ended. they never hardly said a word. then as we are nearing the end of our contract. they come in and say oh you have auto renew and its to late. you have to mail a certified letter to them. so i called and spoke to them very rude the GM & VP of sales. went so far as to say the buck stops here when asked to speak to a hire up. JUST A WARNING DO NOT USE THEM THEY WILL SCAM YOU INTO CONTRACT....THEN TREAT YOU LIKE DIRT!!!!!!!!! ALSO ONLY GAVE THEM A STAR BECAUSE IT MADE ME. OTHER WISE WOULD HAVE GAVE THEM A NEGETIVE..

      Easily the worst company I have ever had to deal with. Started with them automatically renewing our contract for 3 years. They told me the only way out would be if they were unable to perform their side of the contract - what a joke. We have been consistently billed mats they did not provide, and week after week I had to ask for credits back. They would not automatically provide those credits. Not to mention the drivers show up WEEKLY, missing uniforms or even better COMPLETELY UNAWARE OF WHAT WE ARE RENTING. I had them change out the mats and then say "I didn't know you had uniforms here". Fast forward to our contract ending... I sent a certified letter over two months before the contract was set to expire. Aramark customer service can confirm they received it, but I am STILL trying to schedule a pickup/cancellation date 3 months later. Completely inexcusable.
