      This is the worst service company. They changed my contract without my knowledge, and they started charging for more quantities that they never bring. They never do restroom service and they charge for it. Some weeks they do not show up and they send an email bill. Billing department is the only department i could reach. They can do nothing other than leaving a note to a manager to call me back. I waited more than a year for a manager to call and when he called he wouldn't fix anything he stopped servicing 9 locations although some of them are paid off. He wasn't willing to negotiate about anything, although he agreed that no one should be able to change a signed contract without the signer's approval. They did all of this 4 months before my contract ends just to get breaching contract fees which they are asking for more than 140000 dollars. Don't ever sign a contract with this company they have the worst customer service and worst service ever.

      Gave them one star because negative stars are not an option.
      I received the uniforms about six weeks after we got fitted.
      they sent one set with correct name and logo the other was correct name and wrong logo.
      driver said he would fix following week got the new ones and still correct name and wrong logo not even close.
      finally on the third week we got a full set of uniforms.
      we used for the week they were picked up driver came back with incomplete uniforms.
      said he would fix.
      came back next week picked up what he dropped off partially and dropped of incomplete uniforms again
      I have never received a full set of uniforms and they claim I lost set which was the one the driver reordered to replace the wrong logo ones.
      they are still charging me
      they don't even stop
      they won't even call back.
      horrible service is all I can say about them.
      I will call them again in the morning to get the same thing over again that they will open a ticket and have someone call me back
      which they never do.
      please use Cintas will not recomend this to anybody.

      We've been using Aramark for our coffee service and this is the 2nd time I've used this company. I wish I had remembered why I cancelled them in the first place. Unfortunately, I signed a 3-year contract and they will not use my calls to them and emails about services issues as sufficient evidence and notice to cancel? It's ridiculous.

      This company has been overcharging us for years. Not once have they reached out to us in regards to how much we have been paying. Been trying to reach my supposed district manager, left voice message, email and still nothing. Was told by driver that he knows about my wanting to cancel but have not heard back. 2 guys, 11 uniforms each, only one uses Aramarks service, monthly bill, $ 450.00. No answer, no response, just keeps sending driver to come and do what? My guys don't even put there dirties in the bag anymore. Been with them since 2017, thought they would appreciate the long standing we have had. I was wrong.
      Beware of this company, check the ratings, we are unfortunately the example

      BE CAREFUL WITH THEIR "CONTRACTS". THEY OFTEN ARE FOR 3 YEARS AND AUTOMATICALLY RENEW FOR ANOTHER 3 YEARS IF YOU DON'T CANCEL THEM. THEY ARE DIFFICULT AND NEXT TO IMPOSSIBLE TO COMMUNICATE WITH BY PHONE VIA THEIR "CUSTOMER SERVICE". WE PLAN TO NEVER USE THEM AGAIN, NOW WAITING FOR ANOTHER YEAR TO GO BY WITH THEIR EXCESSIVE PRICING.

      This is the worst service food company I have ever seen in my life. Serving cold food and under cooked meat. And not just once. This is a weekly basis!

      I work for UPS and have been waiting on replacement uniforms for over 7 weeks and the contact we have just keeps making excuses and blowing us off. This place is terrible and I wouldn’t recommend them to anybody. Terrible terrible service.

      Horrible communication. And it’s taking over a month just to get a check for orientation. Definitely would not recommend this company at all. I do not even want an apology. I want compensation for waiting so long to get a check I still haven’t received

      We were required to purchase our own uniforms for employees larger than a 3x so we did and then when customer service was so horrible and we changed uniform service Aramark wanted to charge us for the uniforms we were required to purchase. I contacted customer service several times telling them i would not pay them for uniforms we owned. Now we are getting harassed by collection agency. worst customer service I have ever dealt with not to mention the horrible billing department.

      Totally useless it's been 3 months and I still don't have any uniform shirts. I can't wait till the company's contract is over and we are done with these useless idiots
