    The Credit Management Company has called me a total of 59 times since Nov. 3rd 2021, even though I've told them I am not the person they are asking for. They have left 18 voice messages since May 13th 2022. I blocked the number on Nov. 26th 2021 but can still see when they call and I still receive their voice messages. I have asked the company to stop calling and have been registered on the Do Not Call list since 2004. If this harassment does not stop, I will seek legal action.

    Credit Management Company takes all consumer complaints seriously, and as such have completed a thorough investigation of your complaint.  Unfortunately, due to federal privacy laws, we are unable to provide a substantive response on a public-facing platform such as this.  We encourage you to contact CMC directly at (888)250-7027 and one of our friendly representatives will assist you with resolution of your complaint.  As a point of note, the phone number listed in this complaint has been removed from CMC's system.  Thank you!
