The buyer's order was canceled because we were unable to verify certain (1) order, (2) payment, and/or (3) delivery information. When we cant verify this information, we are unable to process the purchase.
Any pre-authorizations or pending transactions on their statement are NOT a charge and they will be removed automatically within 7 business days. The buyer may independently verify this with their payment card issuer.As the order cancelled you would not receive a notification bu the buyer is welcome to reach out to us or preferably their bank to confirm no funds were captured by us.

I bought my son a gift card from Giftya he was told to link a card to his e gift card I purchased he made the purchase at the store I purchased the gift card for but wasnt given a refund then when he chatted when them they said they would credit his account then he received a message that they couldnt credit his card on file he doesnt want to use his bank card or his bank debit card because he feel it is a scam I would like a refund pleaseBusiness Response

***************, do not trust. I received a giftya. The only options for redemption are to enter sensitive credit card info. There is supposedly an option to exchange for a physical gift card in the mail, but after repeated attempts to select that option I only get an error message saying "Unable to Process, Contact Customer Support". But there is no phone number to talk to support, only a chatbot, which is unable to understand the issue and only gives canned response. So basically I have no way of redeeming the gift card. Giftya seems to have a reputation of taking your card number and charging account, but doesnt deliver the money to the person gifted. This happened yesterday and they need to fix this asap! Its criminal to pull this repeatedly to customersBusiness Response

After we experienced a house flood, my sisters and parents sent me a $250 gift to door dash through GiftYa, that I opted to receive via **** gift card since the other options opened my bank account to potential interference that I wasnt comfortable with. I am submitting this complaint regarding the practices of GiftYa, a digital gift card service that claims, according to its published policies, not to store or monitor users card or banking information.Despite this, I have repeatedly received emails from GiftYa referencing specific activity on my personal debit card, including financial details or transaction related identifiers, immediately after I have used my card. Their access should have been terminated in December upon the gifts use. This strongly suggests that GiftYa is monitoring my financial activity in real time, which contradicts their stated policy. At no point have I provided consent for GiftYa to track, store, or access my financial activity in any way. Their behavior is a violation of privacy and a misrepresentation of their data handling practices.This conduct is invasive, concerning, and misleading. Their users are being misled, and they deny continued access to my account despite their emails containing my card number. I worry that their employees or systems now have my card information.I demand that GiftYa immediately and permanently delete any and all of my personal and financial information from their systems. We noticed that you selected the option to link your card, which provided you with a $10 incentive, making your gift worth a total of $35.
You also had the option of not linking and selecting one of the below options:

We processed your credits, and in 2 occasions they failed, but later we were able to credit you.
At the moment, the gift card credit of $35 was used in full, our system automatically disconnects the link card. In addition, the linked card is only connected to the usage on Taco bell.
Additionally, we have closed your account in response to your request and concerns.
