    Tried to activate, it was sent for an emergency for groceries. I then was told a card would be mailed in 1-3 days. Day 8, no card. This was meant to be used immediately. This is a scam company and dont do it.

    With two kids in college and the price of shipping going up, I decided that electronic gift cards would be better than mailing a care package. Everyone loves the themed electronic gift cards to be opened in their phone and is stored there to redeem. I like having some control over where they use it (instead of giving cash) I have purchased cards to be used at national chains in CA, AZ, and MA- and all have worked great!

    I bought a $50 Chipolte gift card through this fraudulent company, as a birthday gift for my 16 year old. He redeemed it as directed onto his own debit card, his personal account was charged $25 twice, his account was never credited back, and we incurred overdraft fees as a direct result. I spoke to 3 different employees from Giftya who actually said it was my son's fault for not checking each purchase and calling the comp[any to make sure he got reimbursed. What kind of gift is that supposed to be?? Consumers are actually supposed to tell their gift recipients, "You're going to have to call and check to make sure you're not ripped off by this gift I'm giving you?" **************** supervisors refuse to even refund the overdraft charges, let alone correct the experience my teen and I had to deal with.

    I bought a couple **** gift card. The recipient wasnt able to utilize the card. I figured they just didnt know how to. So when gift ya offered a free trial for a coffee to see how it worked, I accepted. The links on that also didnt work. I emailed them through their form for a refund and called. No response.

    This has to be a scam. My husband, ****, received a $100 gift ya for DoorDash from a friend because our son had surgery. We have tried to use this three times by linking our credit card and followed the directions exactly as listed. And every time we think we are using the gift card, we have had no reimbursement as it says happens immediately after purchase when your CC is linked. So now we are out $$ when we were expecting to be using the gift. Very disappointed and frustrated.

    I never submitted my order for purchase online, bc I was feeling unsure about site and Googled them. I backed out once seeing they were a scam and I was still somehow charged $25 not just once, but twice! And confirmed with intended recipient never received any texts.
