    I purchased a personalized GiftYa digital gift card for my wife. The transaction was easy, and secure. She loved the personalized picture of our dog on the card. Was a seamless transaction at Bonefish Grill. Highly recommend using GiftYa as it was so convenient!

    Sent a simple 10$ ****** play card to a church brother. He had me look at it. As soon as you open it asks you for credit card info or to change to another credit card. This company is a scam. I was trying to send him ****** play money for his account. Now its lost. Bad company lots of. What Ive reviews

    I received a Giftya from my Dad to use for GrubHub. It looked like a scam when it asked me to submit my card information, but the site said my account would be credited. It never was credited and my dads accounts were hacked within the month.

    I have two complaints against Giftya and their representatives that I spoke on the phone to. I used their site because I mistakenly thought it was Door Dash and sent $100.00 gift through them to my son and his family due to their illness so they could order food. My son tried to open the gift and they refused to open it. Very up set the next day I went on the site I believed was Grub Hub and ordered another $100.00 gift for food to my son and found that it was not Grub Hub but it was gift ya again. My son never received either gift card so I am out $200.00 plus change and the company Gift ya has made $200.00 for doing nothing but aggravating a customer and keeping food from my family.I notified my credit card and they stopped payment for the first order but now the Gift ya *** has lied that my son received everything in good condition.If this review only warns others not to do business with this site that will be a good thing From now on I will only do business after I check with BBB I believe I have been scammed!

As shared yesterday, the first gift you sent had a failed email delivery and we offered to resend to a new email address or cell phone number. The second gift could not be delivered because you initiated a dispute with your payment card provider.You can always dispute a charge; however, once you initiate a dispute with your payment card issuer the process is no longer in our control.Please contact me personally if you have any questions or service needs.     I ordered online a gift card online from Giftya. The card was for Giftya and activated as an e-gift.When the receivers went to guest services to redeem the card, they could not apply the card and said they had no other way to authorize and said to contact the company. I made a call, I sent several email and they say the $50 is still on the card and they it had to be taken up with them. At this point there is no way to try and use the card (we still have the # and the pin. There are notes with guest service about trying to get it redeemed.This is unacceptable as the purchaser of the card. The receiver was ******************* on the enchantment of the seas on December 9th trip.I will anxiously be waiting for a response

    Ok Christmas Day I’m thinking I’m sending a last minute gift card to a loved one. I pay through Apple Pay, I get a notification that my money is taken and the payment went through from Apple Pay. On the the giftya site I’m told my payment can’t be processed with no explanation as to why. I look at my bank account and the payment is taken! On CHRISTMAS DAY I am getting scammed by this company and their customer service is terrible.

    I bought a gift card for Christmas and I cant even activate it. It gives me error and not even a phone number where I can call. The phone number they give me from the credit card that I paid with l, thats not even a real number. I recommend do not buy it from here this is a scam, scam plz dont do it

    They told me they couldn't process an order of a gift card due to not being able to verify my credit card. They still charged it though and never reversed the charge. Scam company.

    I TRIED MOBILE APP AND GOOGLE BROWSER AND MICROSOFT BROWSER, SPENT HOURS TYPING AND GET TO THE PAY PART AND TRY CREDIT CARDS , PAYPAL, AND ALL I GET FROM THEM IS SORRY WE CAN'T HELP YOU. TALK TO THEM ON THE PHONE AND GET THE SAME RESPONSE THEY ARE A RIP OFF

    **DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE** I purchased several giftcards form GiftYa for a virtual company team lunch. Immediately afterwards, my credit card was hacked and several fraudulent transactions were attempted and declined. Given this was the only new place I had made a purchase at, this definitely was not a coincidence. If I could leave a zero star review I would.
