    I am completely disappointed.. I placed my orders on 12/22/22 with an established delivery date of 1/18/23 and to no avail I have not receive anything: no product or written communication. My event is schedule for 2/1/23 and I dont have party favors. I will be contacting credit card company to reverse the payment which was paid in full for over

    Seriously the worst company I've ever dealt with!! False promises, ignoring emails and not responding. They still owe me a refund of over $600 ********, and are refusing to respond to emails. I wish this review page allowed for an intentional zero stars. It's a completely unreliable and dishonest company.

    I ordered bridal party glasses in June of 2022. They were never received by the date so I reached out. They told me they were so sorry and would get them sent out. Told me they shipped and I should be receiving a tracking number. Never received it. Sent them multiple emails and chats since that is the only way to contact them and still no response.

    Overall I'm happy with my experience. It wasn't perfect there were problems with my original image I had sent in and some of the items took longer since they were waiting on an order. I got my items and they are great. I really like how the print turned out on the coasters. The matches aren't printed it's a sticker but they still look good.

    I ordered wine glasses, coasters and gift boxes with tags for my daughter's christening. Getting these took longer than I think they should have. I did have to contact them about the tags and gift boxes since they weren't in the box with the glasses or coasters. It seems the tags come separate but they did forget the boxes. After emailing back and forth they did send the boxes and tags so I have everything now. I'm very pleased with how my design turned out. It's bigger than I expected and it's not coming off even though I washed them before putting them in their boxes. Having to email back and forth knocked off a star for me but in the end I'm happy with my purchase.

    Place is a SCAM! Ordered coasters for my husbands birthday party. They advertised quick shipping. I paid for the coasters and asked if they could be delivered by a certain date and Id be happy to pay extra for shipping - no response. I email again and ****************** responds we cant do it and Ill refund you. Ive been waiting over one month for the refund. They told me the funds left their account.well.where did they go? Certainly not back to me. Do not order from here.

    Ordered rally towels in August for my wedding in November. I never received them, we are now in the process of trying to get our money back. Even if they do come, the agreement on the form was we would have the towels by November 5th, 2022, and there is nothing to show for them. Please do yourself a favor, ignore the supposed good reviews and do NOT order from this company. I called a different company with a similar product and this was the conversation: “Hi I ordered wedding towels from a different company I am thinking it is going to fall through” customer service: “is it bestPriceFavors? We get these calls at least 10 times a week. They are a scam.”

    We had clearly informed you towels will be delivered for event but you chose to cancel order after being misled by our competitor. We are aware of this website - they have been scamming for years using bait and switch scheme with their pricing. It's a simple website without shopping cart and can be updated in minutes even by a 10 year old. For years they have come up with some excuse on why they cannot show correct price on their website. When you contact them, the price they quote is way more than what they advertise. There's also no free shipping or anything free like their website claims in every page. Classic example of "pot calling the kettle black".
