      Their billing system is awful. The way they bill is very confusing and I think they like it that way. Trying to dispute a charge is very difficult if not impossible to do with this company. I'm being charged $1,495.00 for equipment I don't have and have never had but they will not listen. They say I have to prove that I don't have the equipment, well, how do I do that? This is stressing me out to the point that I will never do business with this company again if I can help it. This has been the worst experience that I have ever had.

      Horrific customer service. They force you into AutoPay with a credit card and then don't allow you to remove it or your credit card information through the portal. They call you daily trying to force supplies you don't need yet and charge your credit card indiscriminately before you know what the amounts are. I had to call 3x to get my credit card info deleted and was charged an additional month for my CPAP machine 30 days after I called and was told I paid off the balance in full. Avoid doing business with this company at all costs. If you do need to work with them do NOT allow them to access your credit card or set you up on Autopay. You will regret it.

      Horrible company! If you are thinking about doing business with them, don’t. You will get different information every time you contact them for information. They can not get billing information right, even after giving them the information over the phone 2 times they did not record my medical insurance correctly. They told me, and confirmed via email, that I was compliant for a CPAP machine. Three months later they told me I was not compliant and billed me for $800.00 for the purchase of the machine. Within those three months, I spoke with them on the phone 3 times and they never mentioned the non-compliance.

      We have the same feeling...ADAPT HEALTH...is a company without ethics...or scruples.
      I bought a battery for my BPAP...which did not work...where I claimed for a month that the medium be sent to me to return and receive my money...I finally sent it...and...4 years ago months I call weekly for my money...and...nothing.
      Now I connected with the Dr. who originates my prescriptions...letting her know...that she should stop sending prescriptions to this abusive Company.

      Worst company ever. I have been trying to reorder my CPAP supplies since October 5th and still have not received them. They have not even processed the order. Their departments don't communicate with each other. It was an easy process when a local medical supply company handled my account. It was a little more complicated when the local provider was bought out by AreoCare. Now that AreoCare has been bought out by Adapthealth, it is impossible to get anything done.
      I called every day last week and thought I had the issues resolved, but when I checked back today, my order still hasn't been processed. I. WILL. NEVER. DO. BUSINESS. WITH. ADAPTHEALTH. AGAIN.

      Horrible company! You have to deal with 3 different companies, one for the equipment, one for supplies and the other for billing. You get tossed around numerous times and no one can answer your questions and they keep transferring you to someone else. They are deceitful, rude and unprofessional, Dealing with them has been a nightmare. They sent me a 3 month of supplies that I didn’t ask for and billed me three separate times, wouldn’t take back the supplies. They were never upfront or honest with any financial information that I was responsible for. Totally deceitful and horrible company. A complete nightmare.

      I will blast this company all over the internet. For MONTHS we have been getting invoiced for medical services. We never signed up to receive CPAP supplies shipped to us and in turn mailed them back UPS August 16, 2022 tracking # that it won't let me enter. We have been communicating by email and they call us WEEKLY. We have asked no less than 30 times to STOP calling and harassing us and to stop billing us for nothing. They keep saying they will take care of it, but here we are November and just got another bill in the mail. So I will go on every review and email every human possible.

      This company is horrible. I have been lied to since the beginning with them. First got my CPAP after they said it would be a monthly fee for 90 days until I finished my testing period to prove to my insurance that I need the machine, then afterwards I could buy the machine outright. So I did an initial startup cost of around $300, had my monthly fees, then after my insurance approved it completely after my 90 days I was charged the remaining balance to buy the machine which was around $380. Now they are charging me monthly fees again and for resupply orders that I NEVER RECEIVED. They refuse to stop charging it and insist I'm receiving the orders and that I'm trying to get free stuff. So after being accused of stealing I finally got a hold of a supervisor that said the only way they would waive the charge is if I get USPS to prove that it wasn't delivered. SERIOUSLY?! How the heck is that a feasible option?! I have had enough of their greedy, shady, and unethical billing practices and have had to resort to a stop pay from my bank to prevent them from charging anymore since they REFUSE to remove my payment option. This is wrong on so many levels.

      This company is predatory and I believe the language they use in their billing statements is a scare tactic for those who are paying their bills. I contacted this company 3 times. First time was to fill out a HIPAA form and never received a follow up from ************** if he received the form. 2nd I spoke to another rep to send my HIPAA form again and she confirmed the outstanding balance and no more bills thereafter. I spoke to another rep whom didn't see the payment that was made in October by electronic payment. I asked how is was possible since according to their site it will reflect on the account in 7 business days. She told me 3-4 weeks. I told her that is not transparent and misleading to those who pay thinking it will reflect their accounts in 7 business days. Then they sent a bill 3 days after about sending the account to collections. She couldn't give me an answer. Extremely disappointing. Who knows how many more people were scared and affected that they were forced to pay to avoid going to collections. I told her it's been 3 weeks and explain why it's not reflecting on the account and she told me to call in one week. Unbelievable. I do not know how your systems work, there's no explanation your rep can provide about how you retain HIPAA forms, and why would mislead people to thinking their payments will reflect 7 business days when it's not true at all.

      For the last 2 months I have been fighting with them. I have had the same insurance and now all of a sudden I am being billed over 600.00 for cpap supplies. I guess I can kiss that money good bye.
