      Absolutely the sketchiest company I have ever dealt with. There's no transparency in regards to the billing or itemization of the supplies or the CPAP machine I was "renting to own". I tried to buy it outright upfront but the person insisted I use the monthly payment plan which I was initially told was 6 months, which then went on to 8, and then, finally, to 9. Apparently, I own it NOW, but only after three more payments than I expected to pay.
      As far as supplies go, they will BARRAGE you with weekly phone calls from extremely rude people who lecture you about the importance of replacing parts lest your "insurance company not cover you - a meaningless threat considering insurance isn't involved at all UNLESS you buy supplies, and, even then, they only cover a minute portion of the exorbitant amount these people charge. An example: Nose Cushions. These are the tiny, soft rubber nose pads attach to your headset. They charge my insurance company $96 dollars for THREE of them. All of their accessories are ridiculously marked up in price to fleece the insurance companies, but when your insurance company decides they're not going to pay it, that's when you get a $197 dollar bill for about $25 actual dollars worth of goods.
      Finally, they have the rudest customer service people I've ever dealt with. The sales people are aggressive and shady, but the customer service/billing people are just awful. I recently dealt with one person in regards to yet another ludicrous bill who audibly sighed and was downright combative with me when I refused to give her my credit card information over the phone.
      If you've been prescribed a CPAP machine, you are far better off purchasing the unit outright (it's cheaper!) and sourcing your own supplies on Amazon, etc, as the upcharges for supplies and materials are so ridiculous that it would end up costing you MORE going through your insurance company.

      Please stay away from this company. They charge way too much for supplies. I have gotten the same supplies from a third party (not through insurance) and spent a fraction of the cost. I have great insurance as well. This is the amount I paid, so think about how much they charged my insurance. Nothing was easy with this company. Whether trying to pay my bill online or speak to someone on the phone. Nothing was easy or even remotely pleasant.

      It was good until they became Adapt Health. I had auto payment. When they called and asked me order. They didn't send bills and charged as they like. I had trouble to reach them for billing and their calls were answered offshore. People there had no contact information of the service care and couldn't do anything.

      I have used Fletchers for years. Have been incredibly dissatisfied with their service the last several months. They don't return calls and have gone from a ************ I would have previously rated as 10 to the lowest they can go. I'm so disgusted with their service and am going to be removing all of our supplies from their "care". I've been on hold with BCBS for 1 hour and 28 minutes who is trying to reach someone to discuss a billing error to no avail.

      CRIMINAL ENTERPRISE!
      All this Company is, is a shell company who does nothing but collect bogus claims.
      On July 4th of this year they started to charge my Medicare for a O2 Concentrator that I returned 2 years ago.
      They told me they have no record of return and if I couldn't prove I returned it, the billing would continue.
      It all started with Aeroflow, I had a Concentrator with them in 2017. In 2018 they lost the Contract with BCBS of NC .
      Told me not to worry because they are going to use a 3rd party biller. They billed me from 3 different sub companies going forward.
      I wised up and purchased my own Concentrator 2 years ago , notified them to pick up their equipment. They picked it up in February 2021. The billing stopped.
      I turned 65 in July, went on Medicare and they started charging again for something I dont have.
      The reviews and Lawsuits are all over the Internet on just how nefarious this company is and I'm not alone in my dilemma.
      Unless I can prove it was returned, they say I'm responsible for payment.
      I've already contacted the DOJ , The States Attorneys General and Medicare Fraud along with the US Treasury.

      The billing is absolutely horrible. I have been fighting them over a bill of $300 for supplies and I have 2 insurances.

      Good Luck trying to get thru to them for assistance. Been trying to reach someone for two days.
      You get directed around on the their automated system but you go round and round in circles. I have to find another company. They are terrible.

      Fraudulent billing. Shipped an inferior brand of CPAP device.
      However, the invoice reflects the correct device which is worth much more.
      Invoice also states several items that were not shipped (hundreds of dollars worth)
      All of which they are billing my insurance company.
      I will be refusing this device and contacting my insurance company.
      I'm an RN so I recognized what they are doing. Many people would not know this.

      This company is completely horrible! Could not get a straight answer from 6 different people, told me that I would need to pay $53 a month for my CPAP, got a bill for over $64. I gave back machine within the 30 days, could not get an answer when I would receive my refund for the money I put down, told by 3 different people my refund was being processed, also told twice someone would call me back, and never got that call. Finally talking to the 7th person I was told no refund was ever processed. Supposedly that person started the refund and should receive a check in the next few days, lets see what happens, next step is reporting them and calling my credit card company. Would never ever use this company again!!!!!

      The billing is crooked. They over bill. They put me on autopay and charge whatever and say it's cpap rental. They said Cpap rental is billed to insurance $140, then I get $60 charged on my cc, then I get $20 charged on my cc. I contact my insurance company, they said they never received a claim for $140.
      This company can't answer questions. They just call to get money.
      It's been so stressful.
      Supplies are ridiculously high priced. I will never recommend this company
