      They acquire durable medical supply companies with sustainable prices and good customer service and convert them to overpriced product straining already thin budgets. The people in customer service seem friendly and empathic but the corporate culture that places Greed before Good doesn't not allow much resolution. Every site that allows review will show one star.
      If you Have to use this company please appeal to whoever limits your benefits.
      Run cost analysis of what your product is from this company vs. Open source perchance. Costs will be more cost effective if open purchased. At least until this company uses the revenue gouged from previous customers to bully out the better supplier.

      Horrible company! They called in August advising that I was past due on a bill that was dated in July, which was never received. I advised I did not receive documentation on said bill and that I would remit payment immediately upon receipt of billing statement. I was promised a statement would be mailed and I would receive it within 7-10 business days…never got it. They have harassed my phone multiple times now without having sent a paper statement of any sort nor any clarification. After waiting over weeks I have called company over paper statement or digital statement still not being received and stated I would make payment once I have received proper notification. I have now been told it needs to be escalated for me to received paper statement.

      Worst service ever... tried to order supplies, was told I had to pay a copay before they would ship... asked for a invoce..they refused. They changed the amount they were holding my supplies for hostage by 3 different times on one phone call...
      great way to treat a combat veteran, lemme tell ya...

      Can never speak to anyone live. Expect an astronomical bill to be paid in full even when you pay it monthly. They will harass and threaten you constantly! Avoid at all cost!

      Never delivered commode. Home 4 days from hospital. Refused to issue a return FedEx label for when it was delivered. Required to return in person at either Plymouth Meeting or Phoenixville leaving disabled patient home alone which is impossible.

      This company is the worst. I closed out my account in April after I had corrective surgery because it was better than dealing with these crocks and even donated my machine to them that was a year old. I have a zero balance invoice and a invoice stating I gave them the machine. I am getting calls and emails every day saying I owe them money and they want my credit card. No way will that happen. I am sending them a check one last time to see if that works if not I will be lawyering up. They are by the far the worst. Please do not get involved with them or give them a credit card, they will charge you nonstop. Find another company.

      All of a sudden out of nowhere these people started to charge my Insurance the day I went on Medicare.
      Aeroflow was the original company then switched to Family Medical, now Adapt Health.
      If you follow the money, Aeroflow was committing Insurance Fraud
      Now AdaptHealth is Committing MEDICARE FRAUD!
      THEY SAY I OWE THEM MONEY ! I DO NOT!
      THEY HAVE FRAUDULENTLY CHARGED AND GOT PAID FROM MEDICARE !

      Doug M. K***** Texas-I have been abused financially, tricked and lied to over the phone and afraid of Adapt Healthcare. They have raped me financially. Today I started working with my Doctor and Health Insurance on firing Adapt Healthcare and hiring a good DME for Sleep Apnea.

      Said they would deliver a hospital bed first thing in the morning. It is after 4:00pm and still no bed. Patient was discharged and brought home based on what they said. Would NOT use them again. This is stressful enough without being deceived.

      Same experience as everyone else, horrible company to deal with. They bought out Aerocare, my cpap provider, last year and they operate like a scam. They billed me 8 months after sending me new equipment. They do not bill my insurance, won’t make a claim, over charged for my regular order. I’ve made multiple calls with them, being shuffled from person to person and no one gives the same answer. I’m getting calls daily to settle my bill, and threatened with late fees if I don’t pay over the phone. But once I explain how many times I have provided my insurance info they make the excuse that they didn’t see it in the notes and that will be take off the call list for late balances. I’ve requested an itemized invoice to see what I have been charged for and they say they emailed it to me, after verifying my email, but I have yet to receive one. Steer clear of this company!
