My experience with buying my furniture at Levin furniture was exceptional! Starting with the showroom, which was clean and set up nicely. The salesman was friendly, knowledgeable, courteous and very helpful. I finished my purchase online after coming home to measure my room to make sure the pieces were going to fit. The website was easy to use. The communication from the store on the delivery and everything was wonderful. The delivery was set up for soon, within the week, after buying the furniture. And the delivery team were phenomenal, they were on time. The young men were very respectful, professional and did an excellent job. I have purchased furniture through Levin for a long time. I always purchased insurance, it was through an external company back then and it was always great. They changed that having Levin review the claims. My watch got caught on my couch arm, ripped to seam. In the policy if the seam rips, by no cause they do not cover. However, if it is caused through accident, it would be covered. The sales person conform that, but since servicing refuses to pay the insurance that I purchased, there is nothing I can do. I just paid it off. I am so dissatisfied on their service and lack of care. The sales person tried to help, but they refused. Said a company that makes millions would not honor their policy. I will probably never go back. Very disappointed..how is was treaded and not honoring the policy.Levin Furniture, LLC

Hello, I appreciate your response, but has not changed the facts they failed at the review. I spoke to the sales person I worked with and he agreed with my findings. I just paid off this couch. I got caught on material. When I very first called the person told me they are waiting on the materials. Then followed up. They were waiting on response from me, never got the email. Sent them the info. Them followed up again wanted more photos. Sent them the pictures. Waited week or 2 again followed up, stayed they will get to it that day. Shortly after that they denied it.What a horrible experience and lack of any communication. I am done with Levin. They were unprofessional, and incorrect on their findings. First and foremost, the repairman was absolutely wonderful! He arrived right on time, did his job and was on his way.However, he switched out the controller for the recliner with an older model 2024 versus 2023. On top of that, the very same issue, that is where the wiring goes into the controller is made of cheap plastic. Its going to have the same problems and issues that the original one had! Problems with this controller, and it malfunctioned are well known to the repair people. And yet, neither Levin furniture nor the manufacturer give two ***** about improving their product. Shame on Levin and the manufacturer! And they want me to buy a service contract, are you kidding me?Levin Furniture, LLC

I purchased in mid October many pieces from Levins in ********************* for my son's new home. The initial delivery was a disaster with the wrong bolts being supplied for a console table as well as a desk (which I don't even have the patience to discuss here). The console table bolts were inserted upside down and were hanging down from the top by 2 inches. In attempting to get the bolts to fit and not show, unnecessary holes were drilled. Upon inspection of finished table I obviously said this was not acceptable and requested a new table to replace. So in February, a new top arrived. Obviously the bolts were still wrong. I made multiple calls to customer service asking why I did not receive an entirely new table (again....holes were drilled in base) but customer service wasn't able to give me an answer. I reached out to sales girl ****** (since she sold me the piece and received commission) but was told her hands were tied????? Really???? I called ****, the store manager who would not return my call. I received instead a message from a Chat Bot saying new bolts would be brought by tech in March. ***???? Where is a new base without unnecessary drilled holes? This table was $1105. This is not acceptable. Honest to God, I will never step foot in this store again. I have bought items from Levins for over 30 years. The integrity of the Levin's store manager is questionable at this point. Shame on you, Levins for not valuing your customers once you receive their money and to not stand behind the products you sell and ensure an undamaged, correctly assembled piece is delivered and your customers are satisfied. I highly recommend anywhere else but Levins.Levin Furniture, LLC

At the store, ***** took the time to answer all my questions, let me browse and contemplate without hounding me. If she didnt know an answer she would find someone who did. Very kind and thoughtful person. The delivery was meticulously planned and smooth. The gentlemen were quick, respectful to both me and my property, clean and polite. A total delight! Worst place to buy furniture!! our sectional is 6 months old and ripping at seems on console which was already replaced after it was delivered.. the warranty we purchased means nothing ..the lady my husband talked to blamed it on something so reduculous ..we have furniture from big lots in our one family room that we purchased 5 years ago that doesn't one problem.. never buy from Levin . they sure went down hill from years ago..!Levin Furniture, LLC
