      We paid for a couch in Oct and we are still waiting now being told sometime in Feb. the sent one that was the wrong color. They said they would expedite bit no such thing. They never called or explained what the problem was.

      I purchased the fabric protection when I bought my furniture. Their website says how convenient it is to file a claim online, but magically, the portal said I didnt have any eligible pieces. Should have seen that as a red flag. Spoke with someone and got my claim filed. No one came out to look at or measure my rip, but yet somehow they measured it via pictures and said its greater than 6 and denied the claim

      I bought a **** on a 60 mos, 0% option. Loved it. I went back this year and bought a new king size bedroom set and added it to my zero % previous purchase with no problem whatsoever. Simply call in advance to make sure the items could be added and...Presto!! ?? All Good!! *. ******* - *********, ****

      I use to shop at Levin....the care and follow up is no longer at the Levin stores. Not sure who has to order a dresser and have it broken several time. Wasting so much time of the customer to wait again and again. Still waiting on the dresser to come in not broken....no salesperson can reorder correctly, they do not return your calls or e-mails but want you to refer others to the store. That will never happen with this poor poor service. Will be excepting my refund real soon.

      The delivery was good the gentleman that came were polite & explained everything that they needed to do for the delivery as far as bringing in the merchandise & set up give these guys a raise they represent Levine in a personal way being in your home & all & did an outstanding job in doing so thanks Levine for sending out your best

      What a wonderful experience from Levin Furniture because of their excellent delivery men, *****, the driver and his helper *******. ***** was extremely polite and knowledgeable. They both went beyond my expectations in their handling of my new mattress. ***** made sure that everything was handled with care maneuvering around our house. I highly recommend these amazing men!

      Bought a sectional and the warranty which was said to cover against stains, punctures, rips and more. 3 year later the cushion is coming apart and our warranty claim was denied by Levins. Their furniture is junk and they do not stand behind their products or their warranties. I will never shop this garbage company ever again. Buyer beware.

      Levins delivery service was excellent. They kept me informed on the day of the delivery as to what time they were going to arrive. They were very polite and professional. Couldnt have ask for anything better.
