      Great service and product for the price. I found a wide variety of low price points to high end price points. Purchased Flexsteel power reclining and the pieces are super comfy! The sales associates were very friendly and helpful in the store & the delivery guys were great! The guys carried it in, set it up, and were very professional! Would definitely recommend!

      *************************/ ****** Furniture and Levin Furniture Refuse to replace a 10 Month old LEATHER couch that is Peeling aka Not real leather as advertised and Told to us when we purchased it for $2600 + We have contacted BBB - Attorney General and Every one at the Three Companies listed No one will return our calls- No one will return Emails- no one is in the office at the Location. We didn't ask for a replacement Couch - we just wanted that Section of Leather that is Peeling away- (told us it was real leather- but its actually bonded leather) - I refuse to back down- This is happening way to often Customers deserve an answer ************************* Warranty Act-------- states that the COMPANY must prove that the Defect is due to the customer- and not the Manufacturer- WE are being denied this

      ****************** called in and a service was entered for her leather peeling. We requested pictures of the sofa and the area affected. After review, it was determined that this was not a manufacturer defect but something in home causing the peeling. We have offered a resolution, waiting to hear back from the customer.

      I purchased a livingroom 3 piece sofa, December, was delivered Jan 2023. Since I've had it, I've had a repair man here 4 times including today, he was very nice guy. They don't have springs in the seating, instead they use a trampoline material which when sitting on it, you sink down & the material stretches. So in 3 months it looks like used furniture already. They sent a guy out to verify my complaints. He ordered a thicker foam insert, that isn't working, it still sinks & the material is stretched. They give you 3 day to return it plus all kind of fees tacked on. and I purchased 5 year warranty which I found out I wasted more money. I live alone, I don't have little kids jumping on it, I spoke to a lady trying to get a refund, when I asked her for her last name, she said "I'm not giving you my last name" So much for customer service. I gave away better livingroom furniture. I thought when Mr. ********************** took the store back saving it from bankrupt court he would help draw new customers. Needless to say, I will NEVER buy another thing from Levins again!!!!

      I've had repair guy here 4 times. He put more Thicker foam in the seating to help with sagging, but that didn't help. The material is stretched. I didn't get back to you by the 24th because of health reasons.

      I have ordered furniture from Levin several times in the past three years. Product is always packaged carefully and is available for pickup in a timely manner. I usually pick up my furniture from the warehouse in Smithton. The staff is always so pleasant, courteous and helpful. They have me in and out and enjoying my purchases in no time.
