January 26, 2023 I paid for Brick Fest ***** tickets along with a 4 **** set **** **** Mystery pack added on. I attended the event but did not receive my additional Lego sets. I have sent emails to the company, responded to an email regarding my address three different times and have received no responses, There is no phone number to contact them, NOTHING. I have contacted the event location and they told me to contact Brick Fest and, apparently I am not the only one that has called with this same problem. I would like my product or a refund in the minimum amount of $41.23 which is the add-on plus tax.Business Response

Not worth the $ and they basically scammed me. At arrival we waited almost 30 mins in line, they only had one line for people with or without tickets, which makes it pointless to pre-order tickets. When we finally get to the check in I was told that the add on bundle that I purchased was going to be mailed to me and that I could not pick it up there. I was told I would receive an email with a tracking # in a couple of days. It has been almost 2 weeks and I have not received anything. I have emailed them 2x and contacted on ** and have not heard anything back from them. My son is very disappointed to not have received his ***** not to mention the $ they took from me. Not only that but the whole event was really underwhelming. Also I expected there to be **** vendors there but there were none, all they had was a pop up **** store with limited availability. It really is just a few building sections and some displays but nothing too exciting. It would be better just to find a lego land and take your kids there, which is what I ended up doing after the event. This was the event in ******, **. I am out $40 for the bundle that I never received.Business Response

Two issues: False advertising and insufficient information.False advertising: The site advertises "Giant Brick Pit, ********* Zone, Glow Zone, Grafiti Wall, Mosaic Gallery, Derby Races, Floor Mural And so much more". There's no more. There are 14 **** sculptures total. There are build puts for kids. There are VIP things that you don't know are VIP until you get there, even though they're advertised as if you can see them without the VIP pass. The entire event can be viewed in 5 minutes or less - I've got video.URL with false advertising: **************************************************** Insufficient information: Based on the false advertising I bought tickets for both days, assuming there would be enough to do. Morning tickets let you in at 9am, afternoon tickets at 2pm. Since we live out of town we bought afternoon tickets for the first day. On the way we got caught in traffic and got to the venue at 4:45, only to learn that the half day ticket isn't a half day ticket because the venue closed at 5PM. Buy in the morning, get 5 hours of time. Buy in the afternoon for the same price, get 3 hours of time.The entire event is a scam designed to part Lego lovers from their money without giving anything in return.Business Response

The VIP guest Swag is usually issued at the event. It includes an Event Exclusive Build, VIP Badge, and Collectible Event Pin. Please let us know if you did not receive any of them. However, tickets are Non-Refundable once you have attended the event. On 2/2, l purchased the **** ********* **** ***** for 10.99+3.99 for shipping and received product on 2/10/23. When l opened ****, it was 43 tiny pieces with no instructions! Nowhere in the description of item did it say comes with no instructions. I have emailed and texted them on 2/10, 2/13-2/17/23 with no response from them asking for a refund of 14.98 and a return label. The ad states 100percent guaranteed. I purchased VIP tickets to Brickfest Live - Houston February 5th, 2023 as well as an add-on for Star Wars Lego Packs. We attended the event successfully and have yet to receive tracking on our add on **** package. I purchased the 1 x **** Bundle #1-MIL: **** **** foil pack "add-on" with my tickets on Jan 6 2023. We attended Jan 7 in ********* and were informed the add-on would be mailed to our home that week. We attended this event on Jan 29th. When I purchased our tickets about a month before, I also purchased an "add-on" for $99. These were extra **** sets for my son. The day of the event they in formed us that the add-ons would be mailed to us and I could email them and get a tracking number. This was disappointing but acceptable. However, Brick Fest hasn't responded to any of my several emails nor ******** messages. I can't track down a phone number for them, so I'm out of optionsInitial Complaint

I ordered tickets for Brickfest Live in Cleveland, but am requiring a refund for them. The initial purchase cited that there was a presale & included discount for the presale. This "presale" has now existed for weeks, and is just a scam for you to RUSH in to purchasing tickets.I purchased the tickets on January 26th, 2023 for a total of $70.16. I have tried MULTIPLE different times and avenues to reach the company for a refund but have received no response. This is a ploy to sell tickets and offer no customer service in return. The company being unresponsive is unacceptable and disrespectful. They even have automated emails that go out saying they will be in touch with you within 24 hours, but its been over a week since my initial request and have heard NOTHING. I purchased tickets for Brick Fest Live in *********** for 1/22/23. They had scheduled meet and greet times. They also advertised several different exhibits the kids could participate in. One of the main exhibits (building the mural) was shut down so we could not participate. The meet and greet was not there in the time frames listed. We asked a worker and they did not know. That was one of the main reasons we went. Honestly the whole event was a waste. It was not like they advertised. On December 22, 2022, I purchased 2 VIP tickets to attend Brick Fest Live in *****, ******** on January 28, 2023. In addition to the tickets, I also purchase a Star Wars add-on for $37.99 for my son. This was supposed to be picked up the day of the event, but upon check-in were told it would be shipped. This shouldve been disclosed at the time of purchase, but it wasnt. Ive emailed the and messaged the company to find out when the item would ship and have yet to receive a response. These are the only ways to contact the company.
