Ordered parts through this company. I received 2 items and not the third. It is an exhaust for $845.00. Have called and emailed numerous times and get no response. I placed this order on 9/3/24 and want a refund for the undelivered exhaust.Initial Complaint

I had ordered from this company, I had made a mistake and ordered the wrong items, I set up a return and refund to store credit with the company through the customer service. I promptly returned the item and there was no confirmation of store credit returned, I had to constantly message and even still it was never processed. I was told to place my new order and the store credit will be used and payment method would be refunded. I proceeded with those instructions but was never refunded so I initiated a charge back and got the money back. However afterwards the new order was suddenly out of stock and would not ship for months. So I asked the customer service *** to cancel the new order and refund the apparent 'store credit' I had to the original payment method. That brings us to today where after weeks of only I reaching out for any sort of communication or update. I am met with the same response of 'we're working on it' 'we apologize' yet no communication otherwise. At this point the refund is no where in sight as till now they had not resolved any issues and it was only my doing that has gotten me anything back.Customer Answer

I ordered coilovers for my vehicle on 8/9/2024. The part was listed as backorder on their website with an eta of 2-4 weeks. on 9/11/2024 they created a support ticket regarding my order, which stated that there was a slight shipping delay and that they would provide me with an update shortly. after not receiving any updates, I created a support ticket on 11/15/2024 to check on the order status, then on 12/1/2024 I responded to the original support ticket to see what the status was on my order. I didn't receive any response, so I replied again on 3/22/2025 to cancel my order and to get a refund. once again, I got no response.Initial Complaint

Date: 8-16-2024 Amount: ****** Order # R227198579 -Items--Oil change service kit -brake service kit Nature: not really sure. I do have previous orders with this company in the past and have had some issues with shipping but they responded well and shipped my things eventually. This time around I simply got a confirmation of the order but never got a shipping confirmation. I've reached out to the company at least twice a month since the incident and I've never got a reply as to the status of my order. Eventually I started asking for my money back and I've never got a reply from that. So I'm convinced that they have just stolen 367 ffrom me. They have not once reached out to me to try and correct the issue and I cannot reach them on any social media, their website, and they do not have a working phone system. I would like to know what the next steps to take are and if I can take any actions on getting my money back.Below is the attached order confirmation. I do have the emails in my archived history that I reached out to them. As well as one response from an automated system telling me they were checking on my order. There was never reply. I placed an order with Modded Euros on 07/07/2024 in the amount of $590.94 for car parts. I have not received my order & have reached out to the customer service department on multiple occasions via email as they do not answer the phone. Order placed 7/23/24 $52.45 8/8/24 I receive email from Modded Euros stating theres a slight delay 8/31/24 I respond, thanking them, and ask for an update. 10/16/24 I send a follow up email expressing frustration about now response or update. 12/23/24 I initiate contact via website contact asking for a refund as its been 6mo this time. Order the wheel bolts for my car back on September 23, 2024. Paid in full got the receipts. After a week I hadnt heard or seen anything. Reached out to the company got a response saying it is still processing. After 2 weeks still nothing so I emailed them trying to find out current status and never got any reply. Went ahead order directly from the supplier and got the items with in 3 days. For a week straight I have emailed them asking for some to please get back to and I would like to cancel my order if still hasnt shipped. I sent 5 emails and no response to any.
