recently made a purchase from Modded Euros on March 13th for a cold air intake for my 2020 Audi A3. On the listing, it states ships in 3 business days, as they need to outsource it from the vendor. Thats understandable, I waited three days. The 22nd came along | reached back out for a status on the order and they said, sorry to inform you but there is a delay they don't know when the parts going to arrive. I asked them to void the order and refund my money as I'm going to purchase somewhere else. I still haven't received a void confirmation or my money back it is now the 25th.i email and in chat in and the customer service is nowhere to be found! No one gets back to me anymore and when they do, they never follow up with what they promise or they just repeat themselves and never give me a solution and im starting to panic, this is why I'm reaching out for your help.Business Response

I purchased three items from this company with a website promoting 3 day shipping; it has been ten days and i have yet to recieve my merchandise nor a tracking number to even find my items. ******** attempts to contact the company have been useless , they send a email asking for order information and you never hear back. complaints on their website looks like this is a common problem upon further investigation and this company and they probably shouldn't be running a business like this, stealing peoples money according to the reviews i have regretfully seen since ordering,Business Response

i placed an order from moddedeuros.com on feb.16.24 for an item that costed $169.99. the site told me it would ship in 3 days, a week went buy and i heard nothing nor did i get a tracking number like i was told. Order # R681364256. *** sent about 10 or more emails asking for updates on my item but got very brief and blunt responses that didnt answer my questions at all. on 2.26.24 i email their customer service email and let them know that i want to cancel my order. on 2.28.24 they let me know that my order has been canceled and refunded and that it should take up to 3 business days for the money to return to my account. after countless emails to them asking where my refund is at and multiple times of them ignoring me , ive still yet to receive my money back. *** already filed a dispute with my bank but it could take up to 4 months to hear back. i really need the money back as times are rough and i would appreciate it if **** could maybe help me out here.Business Response

We apologize for the issues with your order. We're currently have some availability issues with some of our vendors. We saw the dispute that you filed with your credit card, and since we could not fulfill your order at that time, we promptly accepted the dispute with our credit card processor as per their policies. Once a dispute is filed, the funds are removed from our account, so we are unable to issue a refund through our normal process through our site, and therefore must accept the dispute. Our credit card processor shows that the dispute was accepted on February 29th, shortly after we were notified, and shows that the cardholder has kept the disputed amount. Again, I apologize for the inconvenience.

I have NEVER experienced such a TERRIBLE BUSINESS!!! I dont ever write negative feedback about anything, but this has me so fired up Im going to let everyone know DONT BUY FROM MODDED EUROS!!!Order placed 2/28 11:00am. All items purchased said in stock and ship same business day which was why I chose to order with modded euros. 3/1 I emailed them (phone communication is disabled on their side, forcing you to only communicate via email) asking for an update since I havent gotten notification of it being shipped or anything. Got an email back stating there was a national delay in shipping and theres lead time on the order.. but it advertised in stock and same day shipping. 3/2 I messaged them asking if the order had shipped since I never got tracking info or notice that it was processed or anything and if they had an anticipated ship date at the very least. I got no response this time. 3/4 I emailed yet again asking for an update. I got an answer saying theyre sorry for the delay, theyll check with the warehouseFollowed up again later that day and they said some of the items werent in stock.3/5 I emailed yet again this time telling them to cancel the order since it still wasnt processed or shipped. I no longer needed the items at this point since it has been 6 days since the day it was ordered and supposed to have been shipped. I emailed everyone possible to express that I needed the order cancelled. One rep responded saying theyre putting in cancellation request. 3/6 and 3/7 - I emailed everyone yet again saying to cancel the order, and to please provide me with proof of cancellation and to refund the payment. As I now ordered the items elsewhere and no longer needed the order. No answer yet again. 3/9 - finally got an answer saying refund has been sent, but not for the full amount!3/12 - refund no where to be found, I have emailed AGAIN with no answer Im so tired of dealing with this company, I hope no one ever has to deal!!!Business Response

We apologize for the issues with your order. We've had some delays with a few of our vendors, and were unable able to ship all of you items in a timely fashion. We had to work with Affirm to partially refund your order for the remainder of the items that did not ship, as once there is a dispute, we are unable to refund through our store. It took a couple of emails back and forth with Affirm to get things resolved, but we have issued a partial refund of $770.12 of the total order amount of $910.35. Affirm also let us know that you would like to keep the items that you received, which were two sets of spacers and wheel bolts, totaling $140.23. Again, we apologize for the issues with your order.

I purchased over $3k worth of parts from this business. I bought a CAI (which was labeled as 21 day back order) no problem with that (yet.) However, I ordered a front strut brace that was supposed to ship the same business day and an ECU and *** tune plus tuning dongle (also assigned in one business day according to their website. I purchased the items on 1/12/24 and promptly received an email with an order number. On 1/22/24 I made contact with their customer service rep who stated he would get back to me, he has never gotten back to me. Even after I have sent multiple emails for a follow up with absolutely no contact from them. Theyve taken my money and not sent any of the products Ive ordered.Business Response

I purchased the intergrated engineering flash tool, ecu, and tcu software for Black Friday. Received the flash tool with no credits applied. Contacted *** from modded euros and these guys told me the order was completed. How is it completed with I have negative credits when I tried to flash?!? I paid **** dollars for a flash tool. They stopped responding to my emails and their phone lines dont work because of covid? Like how many years ago was that! I contacted intergrated engineering directly and they told me since it was a third party transaction they could not do anything, but the credits should have been applied as soon as I purchased. I contacted modded euros back again, filled out a return form and have never heard back since. What a joke. So now I am out **** dollars and all I am left with is an overpriced odb tool. Absolutely, ridiculous and the worst customer service I have ever encountered. Do yourself a favor and buy direct, these guys are crooks and slimy third party middle men. And went and placed an order for a $500 intake for my vehicle upon placing the order the description said that it was a Pennsylvania warehouse and would ship in the next 24 hours upon the next five days of waiting I contacted the warehouse being told I would have a confirmation number soon fast forward we are over a month and a half past the original order, and I will still not even be provided With a tracking number and or date that item will be provided to me with no helpful support whatsoever I believe I have been scammed.Business Response

We apologize for this experience. While our headquarters are located in Pennsylvania, we do utilize multiple warehouses as well as drop shipping for certain items. This is outlined in our support documents, which a link is included with every transactional email. With regards to your order, the estimated shipping time was provided to us by the manufacturer, which was inaccurate. We have been in communication with you via our customer support team and have sent numerous emails providing you with updated information about your order since July 13th, with the last communication being on Monday August 28th. We understand your frustration, but unfortunately we are at the liberty of the manufacturer to ship the item in a timely fashion. With each update we've provided, we have given you the option of cancelling the order for a full refund, which you have declined to cancel and instead asked us to be gifted the item for the inconvenience. Unfortunately we cannot provide items for free, and this would also be a breach of pricing contracts with the manufacturer as they require minimum pricing on all of their merchandise. While I know the situation is not ideal, we have remained in contact with you and tried our best to resolve the issue to the best of our ability. As stated in our correspondence, we can cancel the order for you for a full refund, but we would need your authorization to do so.

Ordered a product, i needed to return and they have gone silent . thy were coaching me how to return the item then went silent after it was in transit . i have confirmation from usps but they are dening the ever received it i guess to deny the exchange .Business Response

The customer requested to return two items. We received those items towards the end of the day on June 8th. After inspection of the items, the full order was refunded on June 13th. This was then communicated with the customer through email, and we received a response right after that from the customer. I've attached the customer communication as well as confirmation that the order was refunded in full.
