    Purchased exhaust for my car on Sept 13th Paid $789.75 Business says it would send any email with updated shipping and *** of shipment have not received anything nature of dispute would be send me what i ordered or refund me in full Business reached back out 1 time after i sent any email stating they would contact the Warehouse and get back to me but haven't heard back at all and have messaged them 5 times and tried to call the phone number does not work have been reaching out for 2 weeks on my order as i haven't received any shipping information or anything other then my purchase receipt. Was able to get in contact with 1 person and they said they would contact the Warehouse and get back to me and i haven't heard anything since. The business website also states that my product would ship same day i ordered it on Sept 13th and its is now Sept 27th still nothing

    Ordered product from this company. Claimed it was in stock and ships same day.have not received item in over a month and they will not return any emails. Company will not accept phone calls.

    I ordered a vehicle part with the company on June 17th 2024, I emailed a month later July 22nd asking for an update and they responded and told me it is still processing. I then reached out 3 additional times requesting to cancel the order and the company has ignored me multiple times refusing to issue a refund.I have started a dispute with ****** credit, depending on that I will be requiring a refund.

    Back in July I requested a refund be issued on my order. And it's been two months now and I still haven't received a refund. The company has also quit replying to my emails. They said they would send me an email as soon as the refund was sent and I never received an email, nor did I receive my money back.

    I ordered and paid for front shocks for an **** q7, never got them or my money back. Order date May 5 2024.They answered my first mail in June, promised me money back. Then they stopped answering me.

    8/16/24 726am-I ordered coolant and air fresheners. The website said the product would ship the same business day. However I never received tracing information. It was a Friday, so I waited until Tuesday to reach out about the coolant. I received an email back from *** saying he is sorry I did not get an update, but he would check with the warehouse. I never heard back. I reached out again via their website portal the next day to get an update. No response. I reached out again a week later via the portal, because I received the air fresheners, but no coolant. Again no response. 2 days later since I had not heard anything, I asked to cancel the coolant. No response. I just want my money back. I have all documentation of the emails requesting updates along with the original order with the website saying the coolant would ship the same business day.

    On 7/23/24 I ordered brake parts for my **** from ModdedEuros. At the time of purchase, the website stated that the parts were available to process and ship same day. After waiting 7 business days, I emailed ModdedEuro's support on 8/3/24 to ask if my order had shipped yet. I was informed by an email from an employee on 8/5/24 that stated they are looking into the issue. The next day, on 8/6/24, I received an email back from a different employee stating that the manufacturer is having delays and that the rotors would not ship until late September/early October. That same day I replied to the employee. I stated that their website said that this product would ship same day and I would like to request a refund as I cannot wait until then to receive my brake parts. I also informed the employee that they should not have items labeled as same day shipping when that is clearly not the case. The employee responded back a few minutes later saying that they would cancel the order and update me when the refund starts processing. As I had not received any feedback on my order, on 8/12/24 I reached out once again to ModdedEuros requesting an update on my order. Since 8/6/24, I have not heard back from ModdedEuros on the status of my order nor have I received a refund to the account I used to purchase the items. This is also the second time I have ordered from ModdedEuros and they falsified the amount of time it would take to ship the item. They were very responsive in that specific case. The difference being I did not request a refund and instead waited for the product to ship.

    Purchased an online item via Modded Euros web store on June 21st. Estimated ship date for the item was June 30th. When that date was missed I reached out to customer support. I wasnt provided a timeline for shipping but was told the order is processing. Several weeks passed. I asked again for a timeline and was met with the same its processing response. *** since asked them for a realistic timeline once again and when I received no reply requested the order be canceled. Weeks have again passed with no response. Ultimately looking for the order to be refunded.

    I ordered a part for my vehicle on July 12 from Modded Euros. I was charged $38.95, the serial number for the part I ordered is **********, and my order number is R856691931. Today is August 13th, and I have not received the item nor have I received any updates from Modded Euros regarding my order. Ive emailed them three separate times requesting an update, and only received one response to the first email inquiry I sent, but it provided no update regarding my specific order. I am now seeking both a refund and the part I ordered as soon as possible.

    I purchase two items from the seller just shy of a month from today (08/13/2024). An attempt was made two weeks after the purchase to get an update because the order was still showing as "processing" (Items were listed as available at the time of purchase). An associate replied back that they would look into it. A day went by but I did not hear from anyone at Modded Euros so I made another request for an order update. Again, they responded that they would look into it but again I did not hear back from them. I requested after waiting 3 weeks that my order be cancelled if the items were not going to be shipped. An associate relayed to me that the order would be cancelled, it has nearly been a week now and my order has not been cancel nor an attempt to communicate with me has been made. All this was done thru email, never mind the fact that their business phone number has no one answering it.
