I ordered parts Ive reached out to the company plenty of times via email , instagram and the only thing Ive asked for info to when parts will ship to me even if they dont have the parts in stock. Not having any communication or replying to a person taking leap of faith to buy product through you vs any one else and then not giving tracking or a simple hey parts are not in stock we will msg you as soon as we get them. Order was placed some time between may *****. I want to say it was May 25th to be exact. One of the items ordered by the customer was backordered with the manufacturer. The customer filed a dispute with Affirm (one of our payment providers) and the funds were held until the resolution. We advised ****** to accept the dispute to expedite the return of funds to the customer. Affirm has decided in the customer's favor and the funds have been returned to the customer.Customer Answer

Affirm has sent me the money back due to insufficient evidence from their side. Modded euros never contact me on any of the information given to the BBB if they would have stated they had things back ordered and not avoid emails or any form of interaction with my self they would have kept my business. Item ordered 4/11. Received notice re delayed shipping 4/22 and 5/8. No update since, and no response to multiple emails. They have read a message sent yesterday via ******** Messenger but have not responded. I left a voicemail today by bypassing the message that says they arent taking phone calls. On March 8 2024, I ordered parts from this vendor. In the email I received the same day, it stated the parts would be shipped in 3 days. After not receiving any more communication for over a week, I reached out. They got back to me saying the parts were out of stock and coming in soon and they would update me. More weeks go by with no updates. I have been checking in with them at least 10 times since then about the order and have received different stories on why the parts havent shipped and sometimes do not get any answer at all. They charged my account immediately and I To this day have still not received the products I ordered. I continue to reach out but have not received a resolution. The part I ordered is still listed as in stock on the website but for whatever reason, I still have not gotten mine. As you can see in the pictures I have provided, I have constantly been reaching out through email, instagram, and their website. No updates were given to me even when they stated that they would be in contact with updates.Business Response

I am rejecting this response because: The item in question is STILL listed as available on the website and not OUT OF STOCK. It seems to me as if ModdedEuros.com does not wish to honor the price at which I purchased the product. This business is not operating in good faith to customers and is non-communicative in their efforts to help their customers. I would like to see the item in question be listed as out of stock at the very least to protect future customers from the same headaches.

I placed an order with modded Euros on 3/12/24 and have been waiting for it to ship out. On their website it said the part is in stock and ready to ship out within 3days which lead me to believe that I was going to receive the product in a timely manner but after contacting support I get the same excuse saying there is a delay and that there would be a couple of days lead time before my order ships and I waited a few weeks before I contact them again only to get the same answer after sending them multiple emails again. All I would like is for my order to ship out as its been over a month since I placed it and the website led me to believe that it would ship out in its quoted 3days or if it cannot be shipped out I would like the full refund to my original payment method please.Business Response

I am writing to express my concern over an undelivered item from an order placed with Modded Euros on February 19, 2024. Despite receiving two of the three ordered items within a week and a half, the third item remains undelivered without adequate explanation or updates from the company.After noticing the delay, I contacted Modded Euros for clarification and was informed of a delay, which I initially accepted. However, subsequent inquiries for updates or an estimated delivery time have been either met with similar responses or ignored altogether.On April 3, 2024, I requested a refund for the undelivered item due to the lack of communication and updates. A follow-up email on April 5, 2024, also went unanswered.
