I attended a presentation to receive a free vacation voucher, but was pressured into buying a wholesale vacation package by Sundance Vacations. I have not utilized the package and want to cancel without being charged the remaining contract. Sundance Vacations claims they cannot cancel my membership. I was not informed of the 3-day cooling off period during the purchase, and many promises made during the sales pitch turned out to be false. The high-pressure sales tactics made the whole experience uncomfortable, and I simply wish to cancel the service.

Company refuses to allow us to get out of contract, going to be seeking legal counsel to get money back. The initial presentation did NOT indicate anything regarding a yearly service surcharge and made the surcharge sound like a once-only charge. Do not give this corporation your money or time.

They won't let me cancel our contract which I don't remember signing anything and we have never used any trips at all and can't afford too either. They pressured us into this clear back in 2018 we have been paying for something we haven't use. THIS IS A SCAM.

Be smarter than me and do not waste your time. I sat through the presentation for the "free" vacation. the process of receiving this expensive vacation is extremely complicated to try to keep you from redeeming. after going through the process, the free vacation uses hidden fees and it would have cost nearly the same as booking directly with the hotel, the process is excruciatingly long, and the customer service is horrible, and all vacations are non refundable.

They could not tell me what the final cost would be (just that resort fee's would be in the ballpark of $1,000 before taxes). i attempted to book 8 months in advance but they would not be able to confirm with the hotel until 1-2 weeks out. almost every single resort they have listed has mandatory resort fees which will end up being the same as booking direct.

after the agent fee, mandatory resort fees, and taxes, the "free" vacation i attempted to book would have cost ~$100 less than booking directly with the hotel. this small savings is not worth the ease of booking and peace of mind you will have going directly through a hotel.

I promise you, this is the standard, not the exception. do not waste your time with them.

DO NOT BUY - This is a complete scam. People who work there only care about making sales and are very ill intended when lying about prices.

Sadly this is something that i was highly pressured into by the companies extreme pressure sales tactics. In essence, this is timeshare no matter how they cut it. The amount of money I have paid and the locations they boost you have at your disposal is false. I searched from the time I was duped into their vacation package for vacation potential spots only to discover one "not available" after another. If you are lucky to find a place, the subpar accommodations may be rather disappointing. Truly stay away from this place or others like it. Scanners that enjoy fleecing the working folks of this country.

Scam. You'll end up paying more than what you would buying off the resort's website

they are aggressive sellers and will be friendly getting as much information they can ti use to pressure you into purchasing a service you will not use or has any value. I had to go through a few sellers each lowering the purchase price and vacations to make it affordable. it was a terrible decision and I am unable to cancel and I can't freeze it either so I have to keep paying the $200 dollars quarterly fee. Stay Away

I want out I don’t want the money I spent back but I would like to cancel my plan

I entered a contest at the Quakerbridge mall on November 24, 2023. It was to win a car and to be entered into $1000 cash. About a week later I got a phone call from Sundance vacation saying that I one eight day seven night stay. I made an appointment to go to the King of Prussia location on December 15, 2023 arrived early was able to get into the early time sat for the presentation and then was directed somewhere else to speak with one of the representatives. After that they try to get my daughter and I to put $3000 down on a vacation Package. We told them no we could not afford it. Then they came back and said that we could do $1000 down for the vacation package. She came back and again my daughter and I said no we could not afford it. We were there because I had a supposed Trip. Then after several times saying no, we were directed to a manager named Adam who stated that he would give us another discount and $68 a month after we only did a down payment of $100. Again my daughter and I said no we cannot do that. We live paycheck to paycheck and it’s just me and her. we got our free tablet. We got our supposed vacation for free told us that the certificate to book the vacation which we have two years to use would be emailed to us because they don’t give it to you right then and there anymore. I even asked to keep a pen and they were so cheap that he said no I could not have it because they didn’t have enough pens, and they were waiting for a shipment. We have yet to receive an email for the so-called certificate in order to book the free vacation. I thank God I was raised to know when a scam is a scam, and I did not give them any kind of money. Not that I could have anyway because I cannot afford it. Stay away from Sundance vacations as far as you can.
