Stay Away!!!! I contacted Sundance to see how I cancel my vacation plan with them. We have a daughter going to college in a few months & we rather put the money towards that. She offered to reduce my monthly payments to help since I only had 18 months left. I asked her to put her offer in an email to me. She told me that I could cancel/shut it off once I paid off the balance. Why do I have to keep paying for something I don't want? That was not told to me when I initially spoke to her on the phone.
After doing some digging about this process, come to find out that Tri-State Financial is not a certified lender & there is no "loan" that we took out. Nor are they registered with any of the 3 major credit reporting bureaus. They just make the customer think that they have an outstanding "loan" with Tri-State when in fact no such loan exists!
How do I get out of this crappy travel plan ASAP??? They make it sound go great when, in fact, you're paying the same amount as you would on your own. There are very few choices for us in the places we like to travel or want to visit. Plus, some of the places we've gone to are soooo outdated I felt like I was going back in time (70s). I just want OUT & put our money to better use like college tuition!

I would also like to add to my last review, that we also did not ever submit our name into any drawings and this company somehow got our information to scam us. That should raise a red flag to EVERYONE who receives a call from them! Run as fast as you can especially from Ed Coppinger and Mike, from the Harrisburg, Pennsylvania location.

I rarely share my opinion. This encounter was a maze to say the least. Sundance vacations table set up at Pittsburgh zoo. Chance to win tablet or $50. Filled out paper. Notified I won. They tell me to sit through a seminar. Tell me all these reasons why I should give them my money for a vacation. Three hours later I tagged them along seeing what “deals” they would offer. I took the free prize and denied them. The whole situation was fishy as can be when I saw too many different faces in such a short period of time practically begging for money. Huge red flag. Scam. Pyramid scheme. Don’t fall for it!

Sundance vacation is a scam.. The worst experience in my life, falling for the lies and promises they gave us, I wish I would have known what I know now about this company, me and my friend signed a contract believing the sales Rep and all they told us, we would have and be able to take wondaful vacations throughout the year with the most amazing hotels and rooms which they call (VIP) they said they will look just like an apartments, first off we could never book anything because it is always sold out in order to get a vacation you have to book at least 1 or 2 years ahead of time, and pay for the fee this is not including the fee we already pay monthly.. and once you book for some reason it is always Prime time so they will charge you over $500 for any week that is Prime time. I must include the most important thing the rooms all look like Motels they are small and filthy, and you have to bring your own supplies, towels and bed sheets etc..This is something unheard of. I will never ever make this mistake again. please run from this company you will only regret it trust me!!!

Fiancé and I purchased a package because we were dumb and pressured. After saying no to 4 different prices and sitting there for 3 hours, they broke us down. Haven’t used it. Website is not user friendly. Vacation spots are not the best.

I want to Cancel my contract with Sundance Vacations, my hubby and I are 23yrs old and we signed up thinking this would be the thing to help us live our dreams and travel, but instead it is the thing making us broke and unhappy we haven't even got the chance to use any of the vacations because singing up for this just made financially in the deep end. I've called and called and every time I call instead of canceling and giving me a refund they just lower my monthly bill. Sundance never has ANY vacations actually available! I looked TWO YEARS into the future trying to book our first big family vacation, and nothing was available. Also, while doing my research, I realized that Tri-State is actually just a subsidiary of Sundance, and not a stand alone company at all. There is no loan. It's a scam. I'd like my money back, and I'd like to cancel my "contract."

I got scammed into this plan years ago just started a new relationship saw it as an opportunity to travel for cheaper. Fast forward 5 years and t thousands of dollars later I have yet to use it due to pandemic and or their bogus ways of scheduling. I tried to opt out but I keep being told I can't because I signed a contract. I know there were recent complaints and some granted with people who "owed" way more than I do now. This company takes your money and is not here to help

I accidentally gave them my contact information on a visit to the Zoo. They called me three months later multiple times, leaving me voice messages that I had won a week long vacation. Eventually, I called them back to schedule a visit to their office.
On the day, we were peppered with offers to buy their package, with the price per month dropping with every offering. The numbers didn't make sense to me and it was not feasible. They pushed politely but we were not in a position to take their offer. We did a back of the envelope calculation and for their package, it doesn't make much financial sense. You have to pay for every trip, you have to pay for travel and you have to pay a yearly fee and a monthly fee.
They gave us our vouchers for our "free" week of vacation and two tickets for an event. When I signed up to get the tickets, I had to pay $50 as a "processing fee".
They do most of their stuff through Odenza, which is supposedly a different vacation company. Buyer Beware!
