      I ordered the Windjammer 62" Umbrella from GolfersRX on April 30, 2023. Paid $36.00 (which included shipping). To date, I have not received the umbrella. I have tried reaching out to GolfersRx numerous times via email and phone. They returned one email saying they were looking into the matter. I have since sent numerous emails and left about half a dozen voicemails. No response from them. I believe the Umbrella was misdelivered to the wrong address, and the person who got it, decided to keep it instead of returning it back to GolfersRx. I have ordered many items from GolfersRx and have never had an issue receiving the item.

      I purchased one Pharaoh 45 Degree ***************** from Golfers RX on July 21, 2023. I paid a total of $111.18. That included Shipping and Tax. I received an invoice # ****** but no tracking #. I was told I would receive the tracking number on Spam. That never happen. I have called many times. No one answers it goes to voice mail. The recording asks for your name, email, phone #,reason for your call and spell your last name. The Invoice shows a PO Box 609 in Saunderstown, **. I have two locations one at 91 Pt. ***************. Suite # ***. I went to this address and found no business there. There is another address at ******. ***************. Suite # C39. Went on web no such Suite. It only goes to Suite C37. I left a message that I lived in **. and I would come an pickup the club. As of today (8/7/23) no answer. I want the club but if not. I want my credit card money restored. I notice a lot of complaints of this Company. The more I look into this the more I think is a scram. Whoever they are? They are given their brand a bad name.

      I have placed 3 orders for products from this company and not received a single one. I have tried to call and email them many times and they have not responded. They never answer the customer service line but send it straight to a recording stating all agents are busy assisting others and you must leave a message. I tried to order an item called the Sure-Set Training Aid on 5/26/2023 for $101.95 invoice #******, a club called the Pharaoh 45 Degree Chipper on 7/19/2023 for $124.95 invoice #******, and forgetting that I had ordered the Sure Set and not gotten I ordered again on 7/24/2023 for $89.00 (this time no shipping charged) invoice #******. Their customer service page states "Your order will be sent to the warehouse the following business day (Monday through Friday 9AM-2PM EST) after purchase. We then allow the warehouse ***** business hours to prepare the shipment. It will then take 3-5 business days for delivery once shipped. We will email you shipping and tracking information once we receive it from the warehouse. If you do not receive an email, please check your junk or spam folder first. Call or email us if you are still unable to locate an email tracking with tracking information." The fact they will not respond to any calls or emails is ridiculous.

      I purchased 2 Windjammer 62" Golf umbrellas on June 11,2023, invoice number ******. They immediately charged my credit card $46.00. I called and left a voicemail on June 28,2023, sent another email on July 11th, 2023 and left another voicemail on July 27th, 2023. I have not received any response from the business about the issue nor have I received any other information besides the invoice from them.

      Placed order on 6/20/23 for a golfer's aid item. Billed to my **** 6/20/23. As of 7/24/23, I have not received the item. I have called numerous times and always get a recording to leave a message. I have left several messages, and they have not returned my calls.

      Ordered and paid for golf training aid, the Impact Stick, on June 26, 2023. Order was submitted on line to GolfersRX and payment made in the amount of ******, Received acknowledgement of the order receipt ****** along with statements that order was being processed and shipment should occur within two weeks. After two weeks passed and no more information received by me, attempted to contact GolfersRX at the number provided ************** but that results in a recording promising call backs which never came. Sent e-mail to address shown and the response is a canned message with no real information. Have tried repeatedly to contact ********* but to no avail. Still have not received product e.g. Impact Stick and no call backs either. Having read multiple other complaints with similar experiences it appears that this is a scam.

      I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint.  Nor have I received the product ordered, thus I have lost more than one hundred dollars.

      Have never received a call back from my repeated calls to their so-called Support Center.

      Purchased a Windjammer 62 umbrella on 5/31/2023 and received an invoice on 6/1/2023. They took out $36.00 immediately. Invoice had very little information but website showed I would have the item before Fathers Day. Invoice number: ****** I have called and left 3 messages and have sent an email with no response.

      We ordered on 6/5/23 a Grip Solid Golf Trainer for a total of $30.90. It was charged on our credit card but we have not received the product. We have emailed several times but have not received a response. We also called the phone number ************ and all you get is a recording that says you have to leave a message - we have left a few messages but we never hear back (you are not given the option to hold for the next available representative it says you can only leave a message - every time we have tried to call during business hours you get the same recording - you can NEVER talk to a human). We still would like the product. This is so FRUSTRATING and we don't know any other way to contact the company.
