Purchased a golf training aid and never received a tracking number for the item nor the item. I have called several times and the customer service number only rings once and I get a recording saying that all agents are assisting other customers. You leave the order number, your name and email address and no one returns your calls or emails. In other words, this is just another scam. I ordered the "Quick Reference to Rules of Golf" 2023 update, on May 7, 2023....Order #******.Received a receipt on 5/7/2023 that order had been received and paid by credit card in the amount of $24.85. On May 22, 2023, I emailed customer service at: ******************************** asking for an update on the order, since I had not received it. Got a message in return that they would get back to me promptly. I followed up with two additional request for an update and have not heard back as of 6/5/2023, nor have I received the order. We have also notified the credit card company. I would prefer to have the item I ordered. Filing this complaint in hopes of stopping dishonest companies. I made a purchase on the GolfersRx website on 5/12/23 and was charged $25.94 immediately. The product has not been shipped after repeated emails and phone calls. This website based business has negative reviews and has been reported as a scam website.I am just hoping to inform potential buyers that this business is NOT Legitimate. I purchased on-line an F2 Wave-60 Degree wedge, and charged it to my credit card on 4/8/23. The charge came through on my card but no golf wedge mailed to me.
