      Last October, I ordered GolferRXs Mirror Combo Eyeline for putting practice. The product cost was $64.90, including shipping, and the invoice number is ******. Since then, I have called and left messages at least three (3) times and written to them twice. As of today, I have received no response! I am seeking your assistance in getting a response and refunding the $64.90 charged for a product never received. What I find puzzling is that every time I sign onto the internet, I see a product offering from GolfersRX, so I had hoped there was simply a delay in getting products out owing to the amount of business, but that did not align with no response from the company.My son is an avid golfer, and the product was to be a birthday present. His birthday was December 10, and we are well beyond that date.My purpose is twofold, to get on record with BBB regarding the lack of response and to seek assistance with a refund. Maybe this situation is happening to others.I have also uploaded the invoice and written communication with GolfersRX, and thank you for any assistance you can provide.**** regards,******************************

      I ordered a club on Nov 23,2022 and paid $124.95. Received receipt and invoice #******. I have sent 5 separate emails and left 4 phone messages. Just get an automated response that all agents helping other customers and someone will get back to me promptly. I have received NOTHING!

      Purchased a golf product on 11/26/22 from Golfers RX. They emailed me an invoice number ****** and charged my credit card for $124.95. Did not receive the product. After about 3 weeks, I tried to make contact by phone and left messages but no reply. Then sent an email and received a standard response on 12/28/22 saying they will check with the warehouse and get back to me with a resolution. Since then I have never received a call or email reply. I emailed Golfers RX once again on 1/4/23, and 1/10/23 but still no response. At this point I'd like to get my money back or a date my golf product will ship. If it's back ordered, they should let me know.Thank you, *************************** ************

      On or about Nov 19 2022 I ordered online a sphinx golf club. Except for taking $244.94 from my **** account I did not receive any information on shipping such as, how it was shipped, when it was shipped or a tracking number. I have sent a number of e-mails requesting this information and received no replies. Phone calls were also made. Messages were left but never talked to a person. By reading the other complaints posted here a similar thing has been done to other people. How is a business like this allowed to stay in business and has not been shut down.

      I purchased an item called a launch monitor form this online business in March of last year. My credit card was charged for the amount advertised but I never received the item. I sent two emails complaining of the situation, received one response stating that they were working on the problem and then no answer to any more attempts to contact by email. I have uploaded a copy of the emails I have sent.

      Oredd a Putter on Oct 17th 2022...they charged me $175.94.....never rec'd shipping or deliver info....have left over 12 voice-mails on their **************** ....& over 30 -emails to asking for a refund....they acknowledged 1 email once saying they would check with the warehouse....never got back to ********* heard nothing else from them....my order # is ******....employee that I had contact with was ************** at ****************...attached is the receipt I rec'd from them originally....       I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint. As has been in the past I haven't heard from GolfersRx business per my complaint. Was still hoping that you could get a response. They are still sending out e-mails advertising their various products & services.

      I ordered a rangefinder 9/20/22 and paid $188.95. After copious phone calls and emails, I received a response from ***(apparently the owner and sole employee), 5 weeks later that she apologizes for the delay and it will be shipped out 'this week'. It never happened. Since, I have attempted to contact them via email and phone 20+ times and have not gotten a response. Coincidently, I continue to receive 4-5 daily emails from GolfersRx with multiple offers for various products, including the elusive rangefinder. The fact that this company continues to operate is mind boggling! Something should be done.

      I purchased 2 items from golfers rx on 12/2/2022. They charged my credit card , sent a confirmation email and have since went completely silent. They never answer the phone. They never respond to voice messages or emails. I still have no idea if I will receive the products I ordered.

      I purchased a Pharaoh 45 Degree Chipper golf club from GolfersRX on 10/27/22. As of 12/21/22, I still have yet to receive the club, tracking information, a refund, or a response to my e-mails or phone calls that I have left with their service. I'm requesting a refund from GolfersRX so that I may be done with this transaction.Thank you,

      October 17, 2022, I received an email advertisement for a Bunker Pro. I used my Citicard to make an online purchase on 10/17/22 and received email confirmation with invoice #****** marked paid. The next day my credit card was charged $60.94 payable to WPY*Golfers Rd, a third party payment company. On November 1, 3, and 14, I sent emails asking about status of my order and a tracking number. The only responses were generic and had no information about the order. I telephoned about a dozen times and never spoke to a human and never received a call back. On November 14, I filed a dispute with my credit card company; GolfersRX has not responded to the dispute.There are dozens of similar complaints on your website.
