      SCAM--- I specifically called to cancel membership before renewal--- they charged my account anyways. Now they are saying they can't refund my card and I have to wait for a check. I spoke with 3 different people, 3 different answers. They are ripping people off left and right!

      My monthly fee more than tripled without notice. I asked to be refunded in order to explore cheaper service options and remain a customer and was refused. I disputed this fraudulent charge with my bank and intend to leave lowest score reviews anywhere that aaa is listed, along with informing all of my friends and family of this experience, and encouraging them to do the same, if this is not promptly resolved

      Horrible customer service, endless phone tree navigation, I have been yelled at and hung up on after a HORRIBLE experience where **** fixed my problem in 10 minutes after I received incorrect info and lots of hassle from AA and had to deal with a woman who REFUSED to believe that the Target that I was at did not sell car oil. Now, I can't cancel my membership. I don't not want a refund, I want to cancel it on principle. The terms and conditions are undoubtedly part of an unenforceable adhesion contract. And today while attempting to get these terms and conditions I had a woman yell at me, give the the wrong number to call and she hung up on me when I asked her name.

      I called AAA to have me car towed from Home Goods in *******, ** to my home, as my car had been parked there since April 12th, when I fell at work, fractured my femur, and was taken by ambulance to ******************* for trauma surgery. After explainingt that the car might not even start now, I was told by 3 employees, including a Lead and a Supervisor, that they could NOT tow my car, as it was considered "transport".I've been a AAA Plus member for 32 years, and to be mishandled like this was both unprofessional and CRUEL. I can't drive for another 6 weeks at least. Any reputable business with caring employees would accommodate an emergency like this for customer goodwill. Towing to my house would take only 1/2 hour, and I've waited in a storm for AAA towing for a breakdown for 4 hoursbefore! Giving these employees even one star rating is too generous!

      If I could give zero starts I would........called AAA three times on 05/03/2025 for a lock out with my dogs in the vehicle on a very warm day. Relayed the fact that my dogs were in the car, it was running but it was a priority call since I had no way of knowing how long the car would stay cool. The first call I was told they would be there in 40 minutes and it was marked as a priority call. Called back 45 minutes later only to get some dude that was less than competent and did nothing for me except to say he would have someone call back in ***** minutes later. No call...nothing. Called back again to get someone with another story saying they were trying to find someone else to come help me and in the meantime the original company called an said they would be there in 45 minutes at which I said was unacceptable because I needed to get my dogs out of the car and I needed my own medication that was in there as well. I finally had to call the 911 operator and the fire department was there in 5 minutes. ****** learned - don't waste your money on this service because you or dogs could be dead while waiting around for them. All they want to do is keeping selling you add-ons to their crummy service and give you free stuff that isn't really free in the end.

      Since I applied for a AAA credit card and was declined my credit rating has dropped significantly. I have tried all phone numbers provided to resolve this matter to no avail. I want to withdraw my application and have my credit score (which was exceptional!) returned to it's original score. I have exhausted all remedies offered to address this situation!

      Called AAA at 1:10 for a flat tire. At 2:45 they showed up unable to put on the spare and said they were not busy and would call a tow. Called customer service for an update since I never heard anything. They said they would put my service in as priority due to my location. They didnt. Still waiting for a tow to come two hours later.

      I just had the most absurd phone call with someone named ***** in ***************** In a nutshell, I tried to sign up for a basic membership online on 4/7/25 (my original membership had lapsed). The *** website was clearly having technical issues because I kept getting a message to check my email for a password reset link, which kept re-routing me back to the same message on the website.Apparently, the membership went through without my knowledge.I called AAA on 4/7, explained what happened, and requested a refund (the charge was $77.75, and I wanted to use a coupon code for $20). The refund was processed to my account on 4/8 for $57.75 instead of $77.75.I just called AAA - I spoke to 2 different people before I requested to speak to a supervisor. The supervisor didn't want to get on the phone. He tried to relay a message through another associate. I requested to speak to the supervisor myself. When ***** finally got on the phone, he thought I was asking to speak to him because of the website issue. When I told him that I was calling to have the $20 refunded to my account, I was told that was the enrollment fee. I again stated that I had the membership for a matter of hours, and I did not use of benefit from the enrollment.***** couldn't have been *****. He talked over me for several minutes before I ended the call.I am appalled at the incredibly low standards AAA sets for its customer service representatives, as well as its business standards.All of this over a $20.00 enrollment fee for a membership I had for a matter of hours and never used.

      Last night at 8:30 my vehicle wouldnt start so I contacted AAA . Received my only callback at 8:55 pm to confirm someone would be there in about 25 minutes. I called back at 9:14, 9:45 ,10:14 and 11:00 each time I was told dispatch or a supervisor was going to call back . I am still waiting for someone anyone to call me back. Finally at 11:16 I abandoned my vehicle and called to cancel my request for road service. Why does anyone pay annual dues for NO SERVICE.
