      Horrible experience! I requested a tow truck and was left for more than 3 hours waiting in the rain and the dark. Never showed. Being a premier member since **** . What a waste

      I was added a friend's account in March 2021. I received a membership card stating my card was good until Nov. 15, 2022. This information was misleading because now AAA says I should have renewed my account in Nov. of 2021 or March of 2022. They state this known simplely by stating above your name on the card that 'DUES BILLED ANNUALLY'. A person with common sense would understand the dues after the expiration date printed on the card. AAA is being misleading and commiting fraud.
