      Worst bank I dealt with in my life. They dont deserve any star at all. The customer service is incompetent and irresponsible, which made my line of credit application in cycles and triggered multiple credit checks. Stay away!

      My mortgage got sold to Citizen's and it's been the worst experience. Their website is chronically broken and they don't care to fix it, and at this point I'm really beginning to wonder if it's intentional to get more money out of me. The number of times I've narrowly avoided extra interest or late fees or whatever because the payment system was down at the end of the month right before a payment was due... and now the information on how to apply to remove mortgage insurance has been vanished just as I was approaching qualifying for it.Customer support is a joke. The chat bot's broken and the support phone numbers are just various call centers with scripts that will inevitably lead to "oh that's not our department, contact someone else."

      We had a ** at citizens Bank. When the ** matured after the 10 day ***** ****** citizens bank roll that over into another **, which yielded 0.1% annual percentage rate. It had a maturity date in July 2025. If we tried to get the money out before that time, we would have a substantial .So it says bank did was anybody who neglected to designate what happened to the money after the ***** ****** was automatically enrolled into a ** that no onewould ever want to have. Instead of putting the money back in the checking account or in our savings account at *************** it was rolled into a ** that no consumer would want. Clearly, the ** with an interest rate of 0.1% was not a product that would make any sense to any. Consumer was merely set up to advantage of consumers who hadnt acted within the 10 day maturity *****. Clearly, this ** was a blatant attempt by citizens bank to use our at virtually interest free. They should be ashamed and should do what they did in the past where it would be rolled into a similar ** with a reasonable rate, interest rate or rolled back into our savings account.Yes, what you mean out by the parking lot supposed to be no it wasnt. It wasnt clear just if you look through the bags so put the stuffback in the back. OK I didnt bring them in so I think theyre still there.**** ******

      Citizens finances equipment purchased from ******* (security system company) I have contacted them on several occasions explaining that I do not have the equipment and would like to discontinue service/ payments. They disregard my concerns. I have decided to stop paying until we can reach a resolution

      Citizens is the absolute worst bank I have ever dealt with, but getting a mortgage through them may have been one of the worst decisions of my life. They signed me up for an escrow I didn't want (total bait-and-switch in the last moment, when I had one hour left to close, and was distracted with the other bait-and-switch where they tried to include points on my loan I never agreed to previously). This escrow has been the absolute bane of my existence. I have had so many problems with them not calculating the escrow properly and now I see that they have completely stopped paying taxes on one of my two parcels (one is for a parking spot and the other is for my condo). They have been paying both since 2021 and three years later they just quit. I'm now past due with the city. A while ago I escalated my issues all the way up to a VP level person at Citizens and they offered to close my escrow account - but I had to pay a fee of several thousands of dollars. Their customer service is nearly non-existent. I'm enraged and feel totally helpless and trapped with this company. Even though I got a great interest rate at the time I am on the verge of refinancing with another bank just to end this madness.

      Our daughter was leaving to go off to college at *********************. I wanted to find a bank here in *********, ** that offered a branch in *******/**********. Citizens seemed to fit that bill. When we met with the branch manager in *********, she assured us that if my daughter needed a card or had any issues at all, she could take care of everything at the branch in *******. Everything was fine and there were no issues until my daughter lost her debit card. She called the 800 number and reported it lost. Then after class she went to the branch to get a new debit card. The ******, ***** was absolutely horrible - made fun of her driver's license, her photo, refused to issue a new debit card even though my daughter had multiple forms of ID (DL, Student ID, Passport) with her. She called me and I called the local Lancaster branch and they in turned called the Branch Manager in *******. ******* offered to overnight a new card to my daughter's mailbox at **. CARD NEVER DELIVERED and they deducted $12 from her account. She called and complained and got the $12 refunded and another new card sent to the home address. She got a call from ******* at Citizens **************** line, who proceeded to continue to give her a rough time. Basically saying she needed to drive 12 hours round trip to a ** branch to get a new card. That's INSANE!! VERY VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. They think they can get away with it because she's a kid. We will be changing banks when she comes home for the summer. NEVER USE THIS BANK - THEY ARE LIARS!!!! I'd give them a -50 in customer service.

      Absolutely horrible bank my mother is 77 yrs old accounts got hacked multiple times and they decided to close her account with no alert ,letter, call nothing. She went to get money for food at ********************* location and they would not give her any of her money, only if close voluntarily . Which her social security is direct deposit so she could not since it was due to b deposited Monday. This happened on Sat. Absolutely horrible close all branches!!!!!!

      We purchased a mortgage from ********************************************* located at ********************************. RUN AS FAR AWAY from this woman as possible. She was a referral and we regret ever engaging in business with her. She is pure snake oil; a dishonest business person. She promised us a specific rate for our mortgage, both in email and verbally on the phone. We went to closing at the attorneys office and none of our paperwork had been sent over from her team. In fact, we had to delay our closing because of the lack of paperwork (mind you this was a mutually agreed upon date well in advance). Once the paperwork was received the rate on paper was higher than the rate she promised us in email and on phone calls. When contacted she claimed she never offered us that rate and that what was on paper was our rate. This is the difference of over a thousand dollars a month and $14,000 more a year for our mortgage. Since we were already in escrow, closing on our house, engaged with attorneys we could not, not work with her at that point and she knew it. She preyed on first time home owners, and first time parents. She is a bait and switch lender who comes across as a "family person" but is far from it. Never do business with this woman, she deserves to lose her license.

      They bend federal laws to their advantage. They do not protect to your money. I'm a retired bookkeeper that receives SSA. They are illegally holding my SSA money against a bank error they made. I have a legitimate claim that they purposely found a way of withholding my payments. Don't trust them. They left me without money to pay for prescriptions, rent utilities and other necessities. They're customer service has no clue of what's going on when I call. Refusing to give me my SSA money. I may end up in the hospital because they have my money and I can't even buy my medications.

      I opened my account online and had to get my account funded due to loss of job I had family send via wire funds to help me with my bills and other things and they put my account on hold and would not let me know when it would be taken off. This bank is the worse they make the consumer feel like they are scamming when here at holidays people need their finances. Dont bank with Citizens they are the fraudulent scammers who keep peoples money and dont let you know why they have it on hold and just saying under review even after two weeks is egregious and gross negligence. I have to call my lawyer to get funds released
