Minute Clinic Diagnostic of ********* - this company is cheating customers in terms of billing. i was asked to pay for the flu shot as they sent a bill for my flu shot. Later on my insurance also paid fully for my flu shot to minute clinic. I have requested refund of my payment since my insurance has covered this. However, now it is almost 6 months and still they have not refunded me. Each I call and speak to minute clinic representatives and send them the Explanation of benefits that i received from my insurance per their request and they say they will process this; however yet they have not processed my refund. Honestly, this company is cheating customers.

I made an online appointment for a ***** test through *** at ******************************************************************** (located inside Target). I use *** Pharmacy at this location to fill my prescriptions and to have vaccinations. I have health Insurance through BlueCross BlueShield and I have established patient care through ************ in ******* where I see a primary care physician at least once in six moths and specialists as needed. I have never visited a Minute Clinic before and I was expecting to be directed to the Pharmacy to get the ***** test. Instead, I was directed to Minute Clinic adjacent to the *** Pharmacy. Upon arrival at the Pharmacy I told the only person at the Minute Clinic that I am there for a ***** test and I asked how much the test will cost. Because, I had a choice to walk over to the isles next to the Pharmacy and buy a ***** self-test kit. She answered that it will depend on my Insurance provider. Then she took me into a room and started the test. She said it will take a few minutes to get the results. While waiting for the test results, she proceeded to ask me to validate the medications I currently take and ask health related questions. I was surprised to see that she had access to my prescription information. I assumed that it was routine to validate information. Then she announced the negative result of the test and ask me to pay $68 as co-pay. I specifically asked her "is this for my co-pay for the ***** test" and she answered "Yes". Then she walked me into the small lobby area where there were other people seated close to the counter. I was surprised that the test cost me $68, so I asked her for a copy of the bill. The bill had a $120 charge for "*****: Covid test" with $0 co-pay and $139 for "*****: New patient extended visit" with $68 as co-pay. My inquiries about the bill could be overheard by other patients waiting in the lobby. Then after a few days I received a text message to say I owe $28 more. Outrageous and a HIPPA violation!

The Minute Clinic Business Model is totally misleading to ******** Patients seeking vaccinations. They will not and cannot bill for ******** Part * Vaccines. However, fifteen steps away from the clinic is the *** Pharmacists who can give the vaccines and bill for ******** Part *. Totally non-transparent. Will never seek any type of treatment from the Minute Clinic due to this type of billing anomaly. Senior Citizens Beware!

First off, I was at the minute clinic for TWO HOURS. I was in the waiting room for well over an hour. I got in there and she had absolutely no clue what she was doing. She couldnt even get the thermometer to work. She was in a roundabout way asking me for medical advice. Then asked if I was having certain symptoms and I said yes, she responded with no you arent and she hadnt even looked at anything at all yet. She told me that I was already on the best medication for what I was being seen for, then later asked if I wanted to switch prescriptions because a different one was a little stronger. When I said yes, she said well Im not going to do that because it hasnt been three full days yet. Complete waste of my time. That is not where you want to go and sit for 2 hours when you already dont feel good, then leave feeling worse than when you got there.

Visited due to sore throat that felt like whatever caused it has progressed into an ear infection. They proceeded to test for strep and covid and both supposedly came back negative. They never looked at my throat or ears and now pain has gotten worse on top of that I had to pay $123 for them to not do anything really as they just blamed it on allergies. I understand allergies can cause sore throat but to disregard ear pain that could be an ear infection is negligent.

This company is a complete fraud, they randomly took $81 out of my account without notifying me of doing so. The ** also prescribed me the wrong meds that i had a reaction to!

This company is an absolute fraud. Aside from an approved co-pay, they decided to start randomly taking money out of my account without notifying me that they were going to be doing that. A random $90 charge (for what my insurance didn't cover) is too much to take out of a debit account without any type of notification to the customer. The nurse practitioner was rude and did not help with my illness in the slightest (and felt the need to be condescending in the process), and the customer service when I called to ask about the random charge was completely unacceptable. HORRIBLE BUSINESS. They don't deserve the one star that this review forced me to add.

I wasnt able to go into a clinic at the time I used MinuteClinics virtual visit and It was my first time trying the service. I figured I could get a prescription or at least OTC care for me to get medicine at a nearby CVS. I spoke to a provider briefly for a few minutes before I got pushed into going into a nearby hospital instead. They refused to offer me any treatment at the time and I was then charged $ 89 for this treatment, which Is information I couldve googled.Every time you submit a case through customer service to dispute the fees, the same provider calls you back trying to reiterate what they did or help with, which they couldnt in my situation(so thats pointless). I was told that the case apparently gets sent to a head practitioner, who calls you but *** received no calls or voicemails from anyone, even though theyve been apparently calling me. Its ridiculous how that brief virtual call totaled $89 for a few minutes of chatter with zero treatment. Ill have to pay the fee because theyll take this to collections and damage my credit. I would avoid this virtual care service and go into the hospital instead.
