      Beware!!! So ****** right now. This company sent out glucose strips that I previously canceled. They also charged my account ****** for said strips. Shipment was refused and sent back. I have been dealing with them for 4 months trying to get my refund or credit *** account and continually get the run around, I have talked to the billing department, filled out a claim, told I was getting credited, then credit denied th hen they want me to go back talk to billing, fill out forms, and etc. Back to square on essentially. This is the biggest rip off scam ever!!! Will never fo business with them again and neither should you!!!! And personally the more people that speak up the better. As my health insurance is linked up with this company. And best believe I am letting them know also. So ***be just ***be they partner with a different outfit to go through!!! I wish I didn't even have to give them 1 star!!!

      They do not apply all your money to deductible on your insurance. They scammed all the money off of my Orencia copay card and now I can't get my medicine for the rest of this year. They are a horrible company that steal people's money.

      Terrible. Inept. Not worth the one star given. Took one month and weekly plus phone calls to get a medication through CVS Specialty pharmacy mail. Employees on calls are pleasant but the process does not work. Disgusted and frustrated

      My company utilizes CVS Caremark as their prescription servicer. It appears their job is to deny as much as they can. The medications I take are for hypertension, and they constantly require prior authorization despite my primary care provider constantly providing medical evidence that it is medically necessary. It is unfathomable how they treat people. I am a health care provider, so navigating the system is not as complex for me as it is for others, so I can see how CVS Caremark can make it baffling for people who dont have the wherewithal to navigate through it. Despicable company.

      In my 60 years of living, I've never experienced such worse customer care and service. I tried one medicine but had severe side effects so the doctor ordered another one. The insurance company didn't want to pay it so they asked for the doctor to fill out forms stating why it was needed. The doctor did and then they said they fax the doctor that I needed to try two more drugs in the same class before they would approve this one. I got a PPO and spent the money on it to have better quality healthcare and service. Right now because I don't have this medicine, I have to take another medicine to help me sleep because this medicine is supposed to treat the medical condition that is causing me to wake up constantly in the night. So I'm on a second medication that they approved that I need because they won't approve the first one. When I asked if I could complain, they said I would be on hold for 17 minutes so I asked if I could get there direct number, they said they don't have a direct number. Seriously everyone has a phone number. It's been 3 days and I've slept only 2 days a night. Run from this company.

      As a 2x Kidney Transplant patient, I have to take anti-rejection medications that keeps my transplanted kidney alive and well.
      I've been calling CVS Specialty since Mar 20, 2023 to get my medications (Mycophenalate & Tacrolimus). I advised multiple representatives that I was COMPLETELY OUT of these meds and needed to have them immediately. They promised me that I would receive my medications by Friday, March 24th, 2023 (have the voicemail saved), however I was lied too and my meds were not delivered. The following morning I called at approximately 9:06am to follow-up with this situation and was told by a supervisor that she would call me right back. I never received a call so I went ahead and called CVS Specialty at 2:15pm again on the same day. The supervisor stated that they called a local pharmacy for an emergency supply at 2:00pm (I called at 9am - it took that long to make one phone call about medications that keeps someone alive). The supervisor stated that they called a total of one pharmacy and they couldn't get thru because of how busy they were. I hung up the phone and called myself and got to the local pharmacist in one try and setup to have the emergency picked up myself because CVS Specialty "couldn't get it done". Now the following Monday I still have no idea where my meds are. They were supposed to be delivered last Friday, it's now Monday afternoon 3:08pm and I still have no idea where my anti-rejection meds are at. I called in and they are now stating that I have to drive to another city to pick them up because UPS didn't deliver them.
      This is very unprofessional. At this point CVS Specialty is putting me at harm of my health because they can't simply deliver my medications in a timely manner that they promised me. Now I have to drive 35 minutes to rush to grab my meds before the pick up window closes at UPS.
      I am disgusted with this experience and lack of care and effort. I do have voicemails and call logs if needed. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

      Mail order pharmacy sits on prescriptions for over a week then charges $23 for a rush fee. Calls put on long hold, most recently 33 minutes. ************************ are not well trained. A debacle with patient ********************.

      I had to ask several times for this company to stop sending me medication, I did not need any longer. They kept sending meds to me and billing me for them. I eventually had to call in an yell at them to stop sending me their stuff. The last meds I received, I sent back, but 3 months later I was placed in collection for the $20.00 copay. I spent over 4 hour on the phone during those 3 months, to no avail: eventually I paid the $20, just so I rid myself of this company: NEVER AGAIN!!!Working with CVS Caremark is equal to getting ensnared in a spider's web: good luck pulling free from them.

      They continue to bill me for meds not received! I have called them and written Two registered letters, they have never gotten back to me but turned my $30 bill over to bill collector. Horrible service, dont use them!
