      The worst. Every time. Always some kind of problem. They run you around and never actually solve the problem. In each communication they state " The timeliness of your medication delivery is of the utmost importance." but that could not be further from the truth. If I had the choice I would not use their services. The stress of having to deal with them every month is almost has bad as the condition I need the Rx for!

      ABSOLUTELY TRASH, I seriously cannot stress this enough, if you need medication DO NOT USE CVS CAREMARK. they wont fill it then they also wont tell you that they didn't fill it, they wont even tell you if they cancel the prescription. All in all they are one of the most unprofessional healthcare services I've ever used. No communication and they also cant even do the one service they provide so seriously save yourself the time and hassle because its not worth it. PUBLIX PHARMACY IS 1000x better

      CVS Caremark is without a doubt the worst online pharmacy on the planet. Every time my provider sends in a refill prescription they flag it as a new prescription. Then on top of that they automatically bill and ship anything that is sent in to them, be it a new prescription or a refill, whether you are ready for it or not. My prescription panel is so screwed up, with no way to fix it. It really is frustrating. I have orders way back in December of last year that show on hold, that never should have been there. Some with medications I no longer use that have been archived yet still show up every time. The customer service is absolutely terrible to deal with, and it seems that it takes days and days every time I need to place an order for them to get things right. It takes a minimum of 4 phone calls and many times 6 or 8 to get my order billed out correctly and shipped, and its never on time. If it were not for my insurance forcing me to use this online pharmacy, I would never ever use them again.

      I've tried four times to fill my prescription and have gotten nothing but technical failures and excuses. First they sent me an email and told me I was ordering too soon (false). The next day they sent an email telling me to try again, but their website locked down and I could not add what I needed to my cart. When I got on the phone, the rep claimed my credit card had expired (false) after keeping me on hold for 25 minutes. The next time I tried, their representative claimed the system wouldn't accept my credit card info tapped out on my phone, and that she couldn't enter the number manually herself.Do not use this service.

      Ive never been given the run around as much as I have with CVS Specialty. Ive had problems every month. Different problems each month(in addition to previous problems still outstanding).I would not recommend them. If you use them, plan on unresolved issues.Long phone calls. Empty promises. Horrible.

      I went to refill my prescription and it was deny due to needing a prior authorization. It never needed one before. I was not sent a letter stated that this had changed so I could plan. The cost to pick it up was *******. I was completely out of my medication. I called Caremark and told them that this hadnt needed this before and that I was out of my medicine. I explained that you cant go off an antidepressant cold turkey. This was a Tuesday. Caremark told me a prior authorization takes 72 hours. I said I cant be off my medication that long. ****** the side effects. One rep did tell me they can do an emergency fill while a prior authorization is being done but he told me my medication was too expensive and they couldnt do it. So lets be clear here Caremark is more concerned with the bottom line than someones life and mental health. Thursday my withdrawal symptoms were so bad I was having a very hard time making it through the day with the increased pain, migraines and suicidal thoughts. Friday still no meds. I again called Caremark 3 times telling them Im in distress. ******* asked me if I was in mental distress I am crying and telling her yes. Again Caremark does nothing!! They would not give me an emergency fill of any medication to get me through even though they gave me no notice. I saw my dr on Friday afternoon and he was upset with the situation. Thank God I have an excellent Dr. ** made sure I was able to get enough pills to get me until Monday. ** personally did the prior authorization and waited until it was approved on Friday so I could pick up my medication. ** understood how important it was for me to be on this medication with interruption. So bottom line is that Caremark would rather have someone go without their antidepressant medication knowing what the side effects are and what might happen (suicide) then help a paying patient get their medication. Now I see my life means absolutely nothing to Caremark/CVS and all of its employees.

      CVS Caremark is horrible. They tell you that prescriptions have been sent out (mailed), they delete funds from my bank account, and ****************************'s don't arrive for 2 weeks +.After multiple phone calls and conversations with supervisors for each and every event, at least every two weeks during the past 9-12 months, my situations are seldom if ever resolved. Since I see my Psychiatrist every 3 months, the doctor sends in 3 month refills after visits to keep up with my prescriptions. CVS Caremark will fill and send in ALL new prescriptions sent in by my psychiatrist, which can equal 8-10 bottles worth of different prescriptions after each visit!CVS Caremark then withdraws astronomical funds from my bank, putting me in deficit situations time after time. When I asked CVS Caremark to withhold the new abundance of prescriptions, until I needed them, CVS Caremark has decided to withheld ALL of my prescriptions, new and old, and require that I call in each and every time to speak to a "special representative" in order to withhold new prescriptions, and just send out the ones that I need.Finally, The horrible telephone connections communication response delays are absolutely the worse and have a terrible wait times during a phone call, when trying to rectify the many issues they initiated.

      This is the worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with. I've been going through fertility treatments for 3 years and have had to deal with many different specialty pharmacies. No one is worse than CVS Caremark. They don't ship on time, customer service is terrible, there is no way to communicate in off hours. No one I talk to ever has answers, solutions or compassion. DO NOT USE IF YOU DO NOT HAVE TO. If you do, plan ahead as your medication will be 5-7 days late. Would give 0 stars if possible.

      Ten months ago, I was approved for script through my insurance company. CVS Caremark denied it. They would not let me get the prescription my doctor wanted. In the process, my account was magically deleted, one of the representatives accused me of trying to get a prescription for a drug that was not authorized for me. I had a huge flareup. It took six weeks to get the medicine my doctor did not want me on. There was also several weeks of back-and-forth needing referrals needing this and that when they had all the information. My insurance company was frustrated with them. When they *************** my account six weeks later, I got my medication. Now, that medication has not worked. I am in a flareup. My insurance company has again approved the same medication for me to be on. CVS Caremark refused to give it to me. They are playing with peoples lives. They are not our doctors. Shame on them for not giving me the prescription when it is covered by my insurance company. So here I am again waiting. Got an email that everything was approved and now another email saying it needs authorization again, wonder how long this one will take. They are incompetent. How do I get an email that says I need all the authorizations again when they are the ones that authorized it with my doctor and insurance company? I am now four weeks into this process. I have no doubt by the time this is all done with their incompetency in six or seven weeks I will actually have the medicine my doctor does not want me on.
