My doctor's ********************** filled a prescription form for a medication to be delivered to them on my behalf. Two weeks later, the medication was not delivered. I called the customer care center and was told that the medication was ready to be sent, but the doctor's ********************** needed to complete additional forms. They were contacted and it was explained that all forms had been completed.Three weeks later, I called again after rescheduling my doctor's ************ and the customer care representative asked me questions about my insurance carrier and if I had ********* I explained to the representative that I did not have ********* The representative then proceeded to read my health card numbers several times and asked additional information. After about 5 minutes of this, the representative then said the doctor's ********************** did not complete forms.I am still waiting in pain, for the prescription to be filled and found the system for filling prescriptions' to be lacking care for customers, an apparent need to update it's database system for tracking calls and saving information, and an overall need for training in ethical and equitable communication with customers.

Always ***** minute wait at pharmacy whether you go inside or outside. But worse, my location yelling at me through a drive through window because I decided to pick up my prescription that I initially asked to be delivered. My whole family had covid and rather than risk exposing a store I wanted paxlovid to be delivered. My husband was not doing well and as the day progressed I decided to drive and get it since it hadnt shipped. At the drive through the woman barraged me about changing the mode of pickup and showed me the meds in her hand, in a ***** parcel. I wasnt asking to be refunded for shipping or anything. Just to pick up my prescriptions and she threw the bag at me. When I called after returning home I asked why she didnt also include the other maintenance Med I was there to pick up since it was included in the shipment. She yelled in the background and then hung up the phone on me. Im 36, no history of being mean to this pharmacy or pharmacist. Generally a very calm person this was so out of the blue I was shocked. I obviously transferred all of my familys meds to a different one but please dont go here.

I have been filling the same medication at Walgreen for about 4 months now, along with other medications. All of a sudden, today I'm not able to get my meds because I can only get them from CVS. Nobody gets to tell someone where they get to pick up their medications. I'm withdrawing from my medication, so I'm not doing very well. Customer service was bad and refused to help me. Once I got off the phone with them, then all of a sudden CVS calls ********* and tell them that I can pick it up at *********. This is dangerous and wrong. Without that medication, my life is in danger. But good thing CVS still gets to take the money out of my paycheck each month for my insurance. I didn't even get to pick who my pharmacy insurance was but I guarantee I won't be using them again.

Gave me two prescriptions for my grandchildren and neither one was reconstituted. They were still in powder form.

CVS #**** *************************** 7/10/22. I have been coming here for 20 years. I have been getting my prescriptions here for 20 years. And right now I am considering going some where else. The manager today. Not ********. Had me in tears and embarrassed me. I was trying to print pictures. I have never used cvs kiosk. The manager today said she didnt know how to use it either. I had to ask for help a second time. I evidently wasnt doing something right. She started scolding me from where she was and walking to me upset I guess that I interrupted what she was doing. I was sitting in the chair and she was kind of over me now. With her yelling at me and throwing her hands in my face, saying you have to do this or that. To be honest. I was so embarrassed with her scolding me like a child in front of people. All I wanted to do was get out of there. Then when I tried to tell her how she was making me feel. She laughed at me. This is your manager. I was planning on getting a few things and called my husband because I was upset. CVS a mile from my house. It WAS a safe place for me. I am agoraphobic and its a real struggle for me to go in public places. I had to purchase my Tylenol at the pharmacy because I wasnt going to stand at the register with her laughing in my face. And didnt get the rest of the the things from my list. I will get my pictures somewhere else. I dont ever want her to help me again, at the register either. It will be really hard for me now to come in there. I would like to mention that my autistic sister who I care for shops there with me sometimes. She likes to go in by herself because it makes her feel grown up. But she has to ask questions sometimes. If she needed help from this manager and was yelled at it would traumatize her. Your managers should be mindful that its a pharmacy. Elderly, disabled, mental health disabilities may need help and yelling at them because they ask is never okay. I shouldnt have to announce my disabilities either

CVS is promising turn around times for PCR COVID tests that are unrealistic for the amount of tests being sent to labs. As a result, people who are waiting for a diagnosis are waiting 3-6 days after estimated 1-2 days turn around which puts a hardship on the consumer waiting for a diagnosis so they can access treatment or return to work. They are putting their customers at risk so that they can profit off of desperate people waiting for help!

I dont want to go near this store again. On my way home from surgery, my husband went through the drive-thru pharmacy to get pain meds and another prescription. We were told it was a 2.5 hour wait because they were busy. He took me home and went back 3.5 hours later, plus its a 35 minute drive from our house. Still wasnt ready! He was told another hour! I nearly gave up the pain meds because of this ridiculous place. I called the pharmacy and was on hold for 15 minutes. They said he could drive back and get the meds! I guess he did, but Im still waiting here at home. Dont ever, ever go there - EVER! To top it off, the woman at the drive thru is beyond rude!

CVS filled a Rx for me by providing a 120 day supply or three bottles. When I questioned this quantity the pharmacy said that that was the prescription. Based on my discussion with my doctor earlier that day, I understood that a single bottle or 30 day supply would be more than adequate to treat my condition. For that reason I took one bottle. After leaving CVS I checked with my doctor's *********************** which informed me that she ordered one bottle with two refills. Upon further investigation, I learned that it is CVS policy to triple the quantity of all prescriptions if a customer once indicated to CVS that this could be done for a particular prescription. The pharmacy attributed this condition to a computer program glitch. My wife had a similar experience with another prescription she had filled at CVS ********** within the last year. I think it is unethical to over-fill a prescription in this manner and misrepresenting the prescription CVS received from the doctor. Further such a practice increases the waste of medicine, the quantity of materials that need to be properly disposed and cost to consumers.

An employee used the limitations of my disability to discriminate against me. Cursing at me, swearing, calling me names, yelling at me and trying to throw me out of the store, then telling me she IS the manager. All because I said it felt like a scam they couldn't find my insurance information as a disabled person and made me pay nearly $60 for one bottle of simple medication. The up-front manager was smirking at me as I was telling her what the other employee was putting me through. I called the police to file a complaint on the store and employee. 0 stars should be an option.

There has been an ongoing issue with an easy fix which has now cost me many hours of my life... Because they were short a few months ago with one of my prescriptions, I had to take a partial fill (15/30 pills). When I called to get the remainder of my medication, I was told I need a new prescription. So I went through the whole process with my doctor to get a partial prescription sent over. This is also a prescription that needs a new prescription every month (no refills). When I tried to fill this partial prescription, my insurance (CVS Caremark) denied it as they said I had gotten it filled 15 days earlier. So I spend an hour on the phone trying to get it fixed, and eventually, I get the remainder of my 15 pills. But the next time I need to fill the prescription (30 days after this problem started, so it should have been a fresh prescription and insurance claim), the whole problem starts again... I was told I needed to wait another 15 days and my insurance wouldn't cover it. I HAVE NOW GONE THROUGH THIS PROCESS 3 TIMES!!! Each time takes 1-2 hours to resolve! This company is INCOMPETENT. The automated call system is also terrible, and the background music you hear on wait is MADDENING! I wish I could go to a different pharmacy but my employer's health insurance only covers CVS, the most evil and vile "health" care company on the planet. AVOID CVS IF YOU CAN!!!
