      Don’t order from this company. I wish I had read more reviews before doing so. I ordered an item over a month before Christmas to ensure I would have enough time to get it. Was told in early December they were out of stock and I could exchange for another option. I said ok but I needed it asap and needed a refund since the option was cheaper than what I originally had. No one ever answered me. I kept trying to reach out to no avail and finally he package showed up with the cheaper option without a refund ever being issued. So I was out having a gift on time, money, and any sort of customer service. I hate to bash on a small business but they clearly can’t keep up with their order rate.

      Many requests for shipping updates on their social media and complaints that items have not been shipped within the stated processing time, but comments are hidden or deleted by United Monograms. They always respond with “Did you receive your confirmation email with your stated processing time?” and that they “resent their confirmation email”, but the confirmation email gives no helpful status or tracking updates. They do not ship by the stated processing time and create a shipping label and let it ship for days at their facility before shipping (USPS is not at fault). Many people have commented that it took at least a month to receive, which I’m even just hoping I get mine in 30 days. They are the worst, try disputing on your credit card for not receiving your order, especially after the “stated processing time” has passed.

      DO NOT buy from this company they are a scam. I ordered a Grinch sweatshirt off of their ******** adds . They portray that they are this big company. Then your item never arrives. You go to their ******** page and see loads of complaints about people never receiving their orders. You contact them and they tell you it takes 12 buisness days to recieve your item. After numerous email complaints to them the finally eamail me on December 6th to say my item had shipped. The problem is it's December 8th and there's still no tracking showing with the post office. After speaking to the USPS I find out all the really did was create a shipping label but never shipped my package. I want my order sent overnight to me. I'm so upset. This company lies. I have seen all their complaints.

      Just wanted to say THANK YOU!!! I placed an order during a busy time of year & had to wait a bit longer than expected for my order, but being a girl from the South, I know embroider & monograms aren't something to be taken lightly, LOL, so I had no problem waiting. When I did receive my order, there was an error & a missing item. I wasn't very happy. Buuuut, I contacted you guys, it was corrected VERY quickly & everything was shipped out lightening fast!! Most only comment or acknowledge negativity these days so I wanted to thank u for a job well done. Errors are human, even in this world of technology, but the way they are handled is what truly counts and you guys handled it fantastically ~ I will definitely be ordering again!

      It took 30 days after the day I ordered for it to arrive. I didn’t know when I ordered it that it would take so long to come. The color was different from the ads. Very low quality sweatshirts. I left a comment on their Facebook ad with a photo of what I received. They didn’t reply and blocked me!

      Shipping takes forever. It look longer than their advertised 15 business days.
      I finally got my order a month later and it is good quality, but just wish there would be more communication on the status of your order.

      Ordered a sweatshirt. Took over 5 weeks to get. It was misspelled. Ordered a go dragons sweatshirt and got a go Gragons. Tried contacting customer service through phone calls, emails, and social media. Zero response. Now I’m stuck with a 60$ sweatshirt I cannot wear.

      SCAM company. Ordered a Halloween shirt on 9/19. In the email confirmation it said processing time is 8-13 days. Their website now states it’s 15 days. You are unable to cancel. You can try calling they don’t answer their phone and their voicemail is full. As others have stated, they never respond to emails. What does that tell you? Had I known that it was going to be over 15 business days, plus shipping I wouldn’t have ordered. I’m going to get it very close to Halloween. I refuse to support businesses with shady practices
