      I did not receive what I had originally ordered and what I did receive was subpar quality. A large group and I placed individual orders. We all shared the same link for a Valentines sweatshirt advertised on their front page. When you click the sweater, it allows you to create a custom sweatshirt, a sweatshirt is the the only option on this design. I received a long-sleeve t shirt. Everyone else in the group received a sweatshirt, however we all ordered different colors. I was the only one who ordered my particular color. Clearly there was a coding issue with the color I had chosen. The company refused responsibility. However, there were also black oil markings on the cream colored shirt from printing so they offered me store credit or to remake the t-shirt. I accepted store credit so that I could remake a sweatshirt and I let them know I had a deadline. I needed it in the next 3 weeks. After I told them what I wanted they quit responding. They never gave me store credit. I then went to wash my shirt to try and get the stains off as I need it for an event and realized there was no way I would get a new one in time. I washed it per instructions, inside out, cold, and hang dry. After the first wash the vinyl is peeling and falling apart. I then requested a full refund as I don't want anything to do with such poor business practices. They still haven't responded and it's been two weeks. I wasted a lot of money and time. Customer service is awful as well as the product.
