      This company does not ship on time and does not respond to emails. I reached out twice and didn't hear back at all. Given that many of their products are for holidays, they need to manage their time better and learn to communicate effectively. Had they actually answered me, I would have been willing to pay for expedited shipping. Instead, Valentine's Day is ruined.

      I love this company. They have great designs and quality sweatshirts. You do have to order in advance especially during the holidays bc they do get super busy and orders take a little bit longer. But their product is amazing.

      I have been purchasing items from this company for quite a few years now. And I have bought many many things. I have never had a difficult time with anyone at United.Monograms. they have treated me exceptionally well. Every item I got has been well made, as described and in most cases prettier than described. They have a large selection and they are prompt in responding to calls and emails. They have always gone the extra mile for me

      I'm not sure what's with all the negative reviews! Every single time I've placed an order with UM it's been exactly what was promised! The quality is amazing! They give you the shipping and processing times so you know what to expect and sometimes the order arrives before then! I will continue to support!

      They don't send the item on time or communicate with customers. I had to file a PayPal claim and then they decided to ship the item. It was a seasonal item so of course it arrived after the fact.

      Really wish I would have read reviews before purchasing. I don’t know if this is just someone doing it from their garage or what, but my order has taken much longer than promised. I’ve been in contact about overnighting the shipment and just got an email from USPS that it shipped. Therefore won’t be here on time. Do yourself a favor and skip this company and find literally any other company. I’m super disappointed as these were shirts for a work event.
