Wyatt Rennick was very professional and courteous. He quickly diagnosed the reason that my door was out of alignment, retrieved the needed tools from his truck, and proceeded to correct the issue. He explained what he had to do and explained what should be done as annual maintenance to assure a smooth, quiet operating door..
Precision sent at a Technician in about two hours after I called them. Wyatt had the door working perfectly in less than an hour. That is great and rare service customer service.Precision Garage Door Service

I backed into my garage door. The rollers popped out of the rails and the door was bent outward. John Maersch came out, gave me an estimate and with dress shoes and clothes straightened my door so I could open and close it manually. Exceptional! The door was ordered and arrived. Joe Brown and Tripp Minich came out and removed the old door, channel rails and old motor. They are both expert and experienced technicians. They installed the new rails, the door, safety sensors and lift motor. They packed up the old door and accessories and hauled them away. They went over operation and owner maintenance. If I experience ANY problems to call them. There is a lifetime warranty on the door and their work. The door operation is so quiet it is incredible. Thank you Precision Garage Door for hiring people who care and do excellent work with attention to detail. These three individuals represent the company as the leader for customer service. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door for any of your garage door issues or needs. Thanks again Precision Team.Precision Garage Door Service

Richard and Joe arrived ahead of schedule. They were professional nd while direct in their approach listened very intentionally to my description of my garage door problem. They went about their business and gave me a very detailed briefing/picture of the condition of my garage doors. After we agreed on the repairs to be made they very quickly went about the business of renovating, repairing and upgrading my garage doors.
