      I ordered my AR-15 on 07/31/2022 and I didn't receive nothing, they said order has shipped to my FFL but lost at UPS which it's incredible I'm still suffering with the poor customer service to get my money back. You get what you pay for which is fine but with PSA you lose what you pay for.

      Our records show the customer's lost order was refunded on the 15th of August. This process can take up to five business days to show in the customer's account, depending on the banking institute.

      Ms. Trayona, was very helpful and I appreciate her going the extra mile to ensure that my order was properly taking care of. I had some issues with my picks of FFL dealers but all this has been resolved. Now all I am waiting for is my Tracking number and a notification from Palmetto State Armory that my order has been shipped. My first time ordering and hopefully I will have many more to come.       I recently purchased a handgun from PSA. When it arrived at my FFL dealers I was excited to get it and completed all my paperwork. When I got home and was entering serial # into log and noticed the front sight was noticeably off. After several calls I still have NOT gotten anywhere with this company. I paid the gunsmith to straighten the front sight. I've been slammed with emails from Palmetto State Armory for sales ETC. I've unsubscribed to ALL of their emails and continue to be inundated with sales BS. This was my very first online purchase and it will be my LAST!! The last few days I've tried multiple times to reach somebody on the phone and after 20 to 30 waits I lose patience and hang up. If I could give a quarter star I would. Don't buy from this company. RC

      This customer was set up for a return for refund on their product on the nineteenth of August. They were emailed information regarding the case. They will receive a pre-paid return label in the next few business days.

      I noticed an enhanced, polished trigger edition of the lower I had ordered. I wanted to cancel the original order and grab this one. They made it a breeze. Dejah helped me out within 10 minutes of customer service being open on a Monday. If that isn't 5 star customer service, please tell me what is. Dejah is an 11/10 customer service agent!

      I recently made a couple of purchases from PSA and within a couple of days, one item went on sale and included free shipping and another offered free shipping. During a chat with Dejah at customer service I was given a refund for the price difference and all shipping charges within 2 to 3 minutes. PSA and Dejah have made me a customer for life! Cudos to both.
