      Bought a sectional and had problems with the cushions fraying and sagging. Called me them a few times and they never responded.

      Worst ************* experience ever. Sales order ending in ****. Order products instore 07/06/22. Via social media, was informed the same products were available online for $750. Store was happy to accommodate price. Delivery was scheduled for 7/22. Communications were sent 7/20 via phone and email to confirm. To assist in delivery, I contacted customer service on 7/21 to provide gate code for the drivers. 7/22, confirmed delivery date, NO SHOW. I called ****************** to learn DSG rescheduled my delivery for 8/3. NO NOTICE, no attempts to assist the customer service. I declined the proposed 8/3 delivery and cancelled the order altogether, as well as credit line w/ Synchrony Bank - AHS/RTG. Zero follow-up and concern for the customer. Very disappointing from a company that certainly should know better. There are always problems... but complete lack of communication and/or attempts to realign customer experience are no way to run a business. ****************

      Ashleys experience HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. The sales man I dealt with today name was **** HE IS A LIER LIER LIER PANTS ON FIRE ?? AND UNACCOUNTABLE FRAUD SALESMAN. After, doing financing and reconfirming WITH **** if the purchase I was getting today was electric recliner set on the floor. Only to find out it was not the set I showed him . After, I specifically pointed and ask and I told him this is what I wanted. I told him I want this particular sofa set on the floor. HIS RESPONSE was half of the stuff on the floor is disconnected ????wait wat huh? ? Dont waste your time. I told **** you NEVER SAID THAT I WASNT GOING TO RECEIVE WHAT I PARTICULARLY PICKED OUT WHICH WAS THE **** POWER RECLINER. I ASK HIM A FEW TIMES . Its this set right here right? He said yes . My cousin with me ask too. Then we asked again once financing was done . **** simply self said I thought I told you it was discontinued like half the store ????????(SURE)****. Then he didnt care anymore to fix it. A REAL salesman would have tried to make it right NOT **** he could care less he just left and we never saw **** lying ?? A** again.The customer service was horrible. I ended up having to go to another sales person who was trying not to help this chick with gothic( no disrespect to gothic world) black hair and she was being a smart a** however I was determined Ashleys was not going to get my money bc financing was done. Fruitful thought ..A REAL SALESMAN WHO CARED ABOUT THERE BAD WOULD HAVE SAID LET ME SEE WHAT WE CAN DO AND A REAL SALESMAN WOULD HAVE SAID LET ME SEE WHAT I CAN DO ON THIS DISCONTINUED FURNITURE BUT NOPE . You know why because the sale would have been cheaper and he wanted more ?? BLOOD SUCKER . **** took advantage of me and was not accountable for his action. You would have though someone would have called back like ***** the DM but he didnt because they dont care they just want your money for discontinued stuff..

      I can honestly say I will never shop with Ashley Furniture again. I ordered a bedroom suite in January that was to be in within 2 months. I think i received i update that it would be a little longer after which Unless i made communication they never said anything. You can never actually talk with anyone in store so i stopped by one day and was told everything would be in by June. Once again i had to call this time i told this if it was going to be much longer i just wanted to cancel. Finally they called around 1st of July saying everything was in and the couldnt deliver til July 16. Delivery day guys come to deliver. They didnt ring doorbell or anything but proceeds to put note and my door saying to call & reschedule. Luckily by doorbell camera alerts me when ppl approach my door. I had to run outside to stop them or else i would've been charged $79 for redelivery when they never attempted to knock or anything (I have the video as proof). Never again Ashley...

      Items were delivered to new apartment before move in date...was never called,texted or emailed that delivery was on the way after speaking with customer service prior to delivery, Items were just left at empty apartment...the manager had to go to the apartment to make sure it was move in ready and discovered the boxes of items and called me to let me know they were there. Won't do business with them again !..This was an online order
