      Order was canceled 2 months ago. Each of the 7 times customer service was contacted theyve apologized and promised the refund was being processed.Earlier this week they even said sorry, itll be in your account within 24 hours.Still out close to a grand and hours of talking to customer service when its the most simple issue to resolve. Inexcusable.

      Ashley furniture sells defective furniture and refuses to allow return

      ***************************** I purchased a $3200 leather sectional from the Ashley furniture store on ********************* ******** **. The leather on the sectional started to buckle from the first day I sat on it. The buckling got worse with every day. I contacted the store and informed them of my situation and that I wanted it returned and I select something else. They refused. I was told that a service tech. would have to come out and replace the leather. The tech. came out an exchanged the leather and the very same thing happened after the tech was done. The tech. stated that the problem was in the manufacturing of the sectional. He said that the padding underneath the leather was not thick and sufficient enough to maintain the structure of the leather therefore it would continue to happen. The tech took pictures of the sectional and said that if they had any questions, to let them know he has photos to verify his statement. Ashley furniture only wanted to replace the one chair that I first complained about and continued to refuse the replacement of a different sectional.

      This has been a nightmare from start to finish. We ordered the a bed frame in February. We were told it would be delivered in June/July, but ultimately it became an August delivery date. Once it arrived, it would not fit upstairs (our stairs are challenging) in our house so we initiated a cancellation. The customer service was awful, we were hung up on more than once and called back only about half the time. The cherry on top was once we confirmed the cancellation/refund we were told we'd have to wait until the bed frame was back at the warehouse - we waited, and finally called back to ask where the refund was and were told that we only initiated one part of the two part refund process, the other part being something related to their finance department. We were never told that we had to do anything further and they refused to give us a contact number for their financing department. Overall a ridiculous, terrible experience.

      I purchased Queen size bed frame, mattress, and end tables in ********, ******** on 7/3/2022.They delivered the furniture on 8/10/2022 but we found that they damaged wood floor after they left.We called customer service center and filed claim with photos.Customer service person told me that delivery company will contact us.One week later, delivery person called that his supervisor rejected to fix the home damage.I called back to Ashley customer center on 8/18/2022 at 5:10 PM.Customer service lady didn't even listen but told me that customer should argue with delivery company not Ashley and hung up the phone in the middle of our conversation.It is not acceptable and terrible customer service we have never received from other store.I'll advise about customer service in ********************** to everyone I know.

      I purchased a living room sofa and accent chair on 5/19/22 from ***** Home store on ***************************************************************. The chairs sofa cushions do not meet flush to bottom of chair. The had a master craftsman out. He agreed in from of us that cushions didn't meet equal to bottom and took pictures to show that. Ashley said measurements are right but they aren't. They do not plan to exchange or give my money back. I want to let others to think twice before working with them.

      They give you the run around. They do not deliver all items. When informed of inconsistencies they only apologize instead of resolving situation. I will NEVER purchase anything from them. Please save yourself time and money and DO NOT SHOP HERE.

      After 2 attempts to get our order we continue to receive something damaged; 1st it was the dresser, denied delivery, 2nd attempt night stand & couch damaged.After speaking w/ customer service we specifically requested all furniture delivered in boxes; NO ONE IS LISTENING. All pieces out of boxes; 2nd delivery showed up after 9pm!! Who does that.Stay far away from this joke of a business.

      Absolutely the worst experience. After waiting for over 5 months for our furniture to be delivered in two separate deliveries, they charged us for the delivery fee. This expense was to be waved and agreed on by both Ashley Furniture and us at the time of sale. We offered to go to ********* and pick up order from the distribution center to avoid this ridiculous delivery fee. We were promised we would not be charged . WELL..... we were. After speaking to the ************************ and 2 store managers they told me that there was nothing they could do or would do about this and hung up on me. We had previously purchased furniture at Ashley Furniture years ago but they closed the stores and never received refund or our furniture. We expressed our concern and hesitation and reluctance from giving this company another chance to our sales lady. We were told how ********* this owner is and how he took care of his employees during Covid shutdown yada yada yada. We decided to give them another chance. NEVER EVER AGAIN and advise anyone to stay far far away from Ashley Furniture in ******** ** on *********************. .

      Ashley Home furniture does not comply with manufacture warranty information attached to their furniture. I purchased 2 swivel glider accent chairs on 11/19/22 and they were delivered on 02/19/22. When sitting in the chair, as anyone would usually sit down, on 06/26/22, part of the chair frame disconnected from the connecting frame. I filed a claim with the additional warranty I purchased and sent the pictures of broken portion on the chair. The warranty company said it is a manufacturing defect/weakness since I have only had the chair for 5 months and is covered by the one year furniture warranty with Ashley Home Furniture. I filed a claim with Ashley which was denied by their customer service department. I went to the West Broad St store for assistance. They refiled the claim. I received a phone call from **************** the following day stating they would send someone out to fix the chair, but I would have to pay for the parts and labor to repair. I declined their offer and decided to pursue other options to make Ashley Home Furniture accountable. I would like to add my encounter to the list of dissatisfied customers and Im seeking direction/assistance in making Ashley accountable for the furniture warranty they have attached to the furniture which is not backed by the store. Owners of Ashley furniture, *** and ******************* need to be made aware of false advertising of manufacturers warranty and poor customer service. I am sharing this with all of my friends and family to make them aware and beware of Ashley Home Furniture. ***********************
