      Advance america is a payday loan service if anyone is calling you claiming you applied for a loan hang up an ****** your closest physical location an call the store.. most likely it is someone trying to scam you

      Experience this also… I was totally scammed.. now I’m $2,500 in the hole… not good day I thought they gave me a loan until I looked at my e-mail and noticed… they made claims on my acct so it was only credits form claims … and had me transferred the money somewhere else

      I have to say, a very unprofessional outfit. I got the same treatment as this lady and even got scripted almost word for word. They don’t even have a business in WA state.

      These people are scammers! I never even took out a loan from them but they sold all of my personal info to some other debt collector called *********** ********** *********. Their company said I owe $1029.74, would not send me any info on this bogus loan, they are now calling my family members, past employers and repeating my full ss number telling them all I am in trouble and to have me contact them before I get arrested. Someone needs to sanction both Advance America and *********** *** *********. They are Phishing and unlawfully accessing people’s information and then trying to blackmail and extort money from innocent people.
      What is our legal system doing about these guys?

      THESE PEOPKE ARE THE WORST!!!!! TOTAL SCAMMERS! They said I was approved for a 2,000 loan, but first I needed to do a “CREDIT BOOSTER” which in return they put money into my acct a check in my name THST they eventually stopped payment on then another check for over 1400.00 wanted me to get gift cards and so I did then all shit happened! My bank closed my acct and these ads wholes are still scamming people. I went to the FBI they are being investigated now! Their in for a rood awakening real soon! I HATE this company they prey on the poor! BAD BUSINESS

      Customer service is the worst! I got a call from Tammy in the Coeur d’Alene Idaho branch, wanting to ask me questions about the loan I applied for. Unfortunately I didn’t apply for any loans and somebody had gotten my personal information and applied for a loan using my information. we discovered this because the email address and my address and my employer we’re not correct. Anyways, Tammy gave me two different customer service numbers to report the fraud and both of them never answered and I sat on hold for over 30 minutes so I looked up other numbers online and called all those and same scenario waited on hold for 30 minutes and I have yet to talk to a customer service agent about this process.

      These people are the worst scam scam scam… I was looking for a loan so I applied they emailed me back then followed up with a phone call. I answered all of his questions. In the documents it said I was approved for a loan of 5000. I even game him my bank info which I was already skeptical of. He stated that in order to receive the loan he would send a small amount of money . Then the next day I would have to go to ******* to get them to scan some sort of barcode in order to receive the loan. Also they made fake checks in my name! The checks had the wrong dates and everything.! When I realized it was a scam I called the number back and gave the guy a piece of my mind. He proceeded to get loud with me saying I was a racist and I was disrespectful! Then hung up in my face when trying to speak.!
