    Spencer Pest has purchased serveral local pest companies. They are billing for services not performed by the companies they purchased. There are many complaints on **** **** ***. This is attempted theft under the name of the companies they purchased.

    if you choose to use ***** **** do so at your own risk. I reached out to ****** to explain the damage done to my screens, not once did he accept that his workers they outsourced did a poor job (outsourced company World Pest). He refused to own up to a poor job even though I explained to him the tent was put up with poor lighting and at 8 pm at night. With NO supervisor present . ****** himself had not walked the property to advise me PRIOR TO THE TENTING if the screens were insufficiently pulled back, but is quick to say it was not have been pulled back sufficiently. My house was scheduled to be tented between 3 and 6 pm no one showed up till 8 pm. no one called to explain the delay. The workers were tired they looked tired, they ripped 4 screens that were already opened sufficiently their goal was to get the tent up even if it damaged my property and lack of supervision. My house has been tented several times prior and I am aware how wide the screens needed to be opened. Goodies does the bare minimum of all the inspectors I have ever had prior. he never inspected the house by his trained eye, but is quick to write a contract to be aware. It cost me $400 more to repair the damage caused by his negligence and that of his crew. THERE WAS NO SUPERVISOR on the job when the tent was put up, someone showed up at 8:30 pm when the tent was already up. If there was a zero rating that's what they deserve. wet foot marks all over my house, very disrespectful.

    We have investigated the claims made by this customer.  ******* documents and verbal instructions are that screen removal is the sole responsibility of the homeowner.  Screens must be removed or pulled back sufficiently for a tent fumigation to be performed properly and for a "seal" to be achieved.  The screens unfortunately were not prepared properly.  The alternative to the fumigators removing the screens would be for the job to have to rescheduled since it was not prepared properly.



    ***** does not promise a firm time or even time frame when it comes to fumigation as it is impossible to forecast what issues may be encountered during the day that might delay the fumigators.  The fumigation company was later than the "estimated" time but the job was completed.  A licensed "shooter" of the fumigant must be, and was in fact present, to introduce the gas into the structure so the job was properly supervised by law.


    We are sorry the customer is unhappy, particularly about the screens, and we apologize if we didn't do more to set the proper expectations about the screens and what needed to be done.  That being said, it was not negligence by the fumigators but rather a necessity to remove/pull back the screens in order for the job to be successful.

    Green Tech Termite and Pest Control arrived at our residence on time. When *********************** entered our house, he quickly found where to start and entered our attic. After he was finished placing traps and sticky pads in our attic, he promptly asked where our broom and dustpan were and cleaned up a much larger area than his initial spill of debris on our floor below the attic. After he finished indoors, he took his time and carefully sealed our roofing panels where rodents have been getting in. Since then, we have had no pests (racoons and opossums) inside of our roofing panels. It is relaxing to know that **** did his job properly in a timely manner and did his job well. Thank you, Green Tech, and great job on our property!

    This is one of the most unprofessional and deceptive businesses I’ve ever dealt with. I live in a community where we get a discount if we use their services and a few of us have had nothing but problems. We’ve had multiple instances when they said they’ve come, charge for their services; only for us to look on the home cameras and see they never came. I call and they have some “excuse” and that they’ll be out to rectify. Which is after MULTIPLE phone calls and weeks later. How many times are they getting away with charging for a service they never preformed to people that are too busy to look or don’t have the technology to actually verify they went? Sickening! And when they do come, they half a** it and our expensive lawn looks like crap because of it. You tell them they’re obviously not doing their job, grass doesn’t lie, and they come up with every excuse in the book. Then they send someone who’s actually good for a couple months to get it back to healthy, only to play the same games. We’re getting the BBB involved but they’re pretty useless too. Hopefully this post will save someone a lot of hassle

Our Technician's each have several years of experience.  They have been extensively trained and are certified in performing Pest Control & Lawn Fertilization.  We have excellent customer service and care about our customers!  Keeping our customers happy is our number one priority over anything else.  


    We have GPS in our fleet of trucks which shows us where our Technician's are daily.  We have pest control specific software to verify which stops they go to each day, how long it takes them to get to each stop and how much time is spent at each stop.  With that being said, we have proof that our Technician was there to service your lawn in January; however, We are offering you a refund for the service performed and are also offering you a free follow up service in February just to keep you happy.

    Business just sends inspectors to your house with no warning to complete your annual termite inspection that consists of them looking at the outside of the house and garage, and only sprays if they see termite activity for $150 every year. Apparently if they see termites they call a termite crew in (which I’m assuming costs even more money). Someone showed up at my house unannounced several months ago to do my inspection, money is/was tight so I told them no. Then in November they sent out automated appointments without even checking with the customer and then just show up and do their “inspection” even if no one is home to confirm and then send you a bill for $150 and expect you to deal with it. Canceled contract with them because I don’t appreciate being charged for an appointment I didn’t confirm or even witness.

    Green tech, charged me in advance for services to remove rodents from my attic. The services included exclusion, trapping sanitation and vacuum. They completed the exclusion. Did not complete the trapping. Did not even begin the sanitation and vacuum. And now their business phone is disconnected. For every visit I had to contact the office to make sure there would be a follow up visit. They set flap traps in the attic {without bait}. Caught a couple of rats, then said they put more traps in the attic, this time baited...however, there are no flap traps of any kind in the attic. I called when the activity in the attic increased. They set a "one way" to allow squirrels to get out of the attic {a service I had already paid for and thought was already done}. The activity in the attic increased even more, and I began seeing rats in my garage. I called Green tech to ask when they were visiting again, and found their business phone number had been disconnected.

    I gave Adams Pest Control 1 star otherwise I couldnt leave a review. They are a small company who have to cheat people to make it. Be real careful when they explained there service. When they say house is included they mean cleaning the frames on the outside of your windows. Then they have this program where you pay every ************ come every three months. So you pay for service you dont receive unless you call & tell them you have a problem. Then theres **** who peeks into your windows he probably a pervert. If you call to cancel their service they continue to charge you by saying you didnt call in time for them to cancel. I called the day before & cancelled ***************************** came the next day because 1 day isnt sufficient. I would never use them again & I dont recommend Adams Pest Control to anyone. You can do better PS. One hand does know what the other Hand is doing. Awful

    BBB, The consumer signed up for sevice with us on 8/18/2022 for home pest control and lawn service that service was performed on 8/18/2022 by two female technicans. Our billing is explained in detail when the service is sold and on the agreements the consumer recieved as it's initial service fee, and then ongoing monthly billing in which the consumer agreed to. We were never asked by the consumer to be a text or call ahead, as it's not necessary as our preventive treatment is about keeping chemicals from within your home unless deemed necessary and full treatment is performed on the exterior of the home. We following during every service a full and detailed 15 point program that includes a lot more then "cleaning the frames on the outisde of your windows" as the consumer described. The start of ***************** was performed on 9/14/2022 and the consumer called us on 9/15/2022 very upset and demanded to cancel service because she did not believe she signed up for both home and lawn service, she did not believe we ever told her about the monthly billing, she believe that she should have automatically been a text/call ahead, and then accused our technican of "peeking thru a window". We tried explaining everything that the consumer signed up for as all our calls are recorded, we explained that the technican was not "peeking" in the window you saw his figure outside the window because he was dewebbing the home in which we stand very close to the home/windows. Service was cancelled on 9/15/2022 and was not charged nor has she been charged anything since cancelation. The consumer has made many false acquisition to us, and now to the BBB, and accountablity she be held to the consumer as she has no proof of anything she is stating, and we can provide documentation, recorded calls, and proof that everyone that spoke to the consumer was clear and detailed with her and that our entire company was on the same page, and based on this no action is needed to be taken on our part.
