      What a great company! We used them this year after we had a hail storm. Jaron was extremely helpful during the entire process. No high pressure sales pitch. He assisted us in filing our claim as well as going to bat for us with our insurance company when they were being extremely slow in processing our claim. He walked us through each step and we would highly recommend this company for your roofing needs!

      We recently had our hail damaged roof replaced by ATD.

      The ATD reps are pretty nice and straightforward about most of the process. They will meet your insurance agents and deal with them in your place, which is great.

      They are pretty busy guys, and it can take some time for them to get back to you on some things. In our particular situation there was some confusion between us and our rep regarding our insurance company's assessment, the cost of our upgrades, and the value of our claim supplement that resulted in a larger-than-expected difference between insurance payout and the total cost of the roof.

      The quality of work so far seems exceptional. Materials were delivered a day or two in advance. Crews arrived early on our day, and completed the same day. Cleanup was more than adequate; I've only found a sparse few leftover nails and scraps around my home, which is honestly impressive given the amount of material removed and replaced. There were some small issues with the roof, such as crooked shingles, damaged trim and a damaged gutter. However, each of these things was remediated within one or two business days. End result is a great looking roof.

      Summary: Great work, overall great customer service. As with anything pay attention to the details and avoid surprise sticker shock.

      Best decision we ever made was hiring these guys. Great quality work super friendly staff. They work clean fast and when they tell you a time and day they’ll be done it’s done. I would highly recommend them to any company or homeowner over and over again.

Jaron was very thorough and patient with explaining all the details and showing the damage and the reason we experienced the leaks that we had. Our roof was replaced and its beautiful.
