      Beware of Spinnaker Resorts. The sales department is full of aggressive liars. My wife and I stayed at ********************** in Feb 2022 for a soccer tournament. Our presence was requested for a meeting, and we mistakenly obliged. During the initial presentation, we already felt the pressure, so we tried to leave immediately after but were introduced to a saleswoman who tried to bond with us over similar circumstances- clinching the bond by telling us Military families have to stick together. She convinced us to buy a timeshare by explaining it would be an investment in a real estate property. She claimed we could use it for extra income and that she had made over $40,000 last year doing the same. When we declined, she offered a deal that was only good for that day, eliminating our time to think over a huge purchase. She even lied about the ability to give the timeshare back. Apparently there has never been an option to do that. Spinnaker should be ashamed of how their sales department conducts themselves. We were outright lied to and their owner services department falls back on the 39-page contract and claims no deceptive sales practices took place, yet they were not present.

      I had bought a discounted vacation with Spinnaker for *********** **** and stayed at **************. My family and I had a great time and really good accomodations. Presentation was pretty fast too and we received some cash back. We will be returning again next year. Thank you Spinnaker!

      Do not book a timeshare presentation with them. They will mislead you to think you are staying at their resort when in reality you are staying at a dirty Best Western up the street. They say it is because they save their rooms for their owners. Also no one told me I had to check in at the welcome center 2 miles up the road. Thankfully I wasn't dropped off by an UBER because I went straight to the resort. And the dining dough is restaurant.com credit that is veryimited on restaurants and most I have never heard of and are just coupons for those restaurants.

      Thank you for sharing your feedback. Were sorry your experience didnt match your expectations. To clarify, we offer several vacation packages that give different types of accommodations. The accommodations are confirmed with the Customer over the phone during the purchase and by email after the purchase. The accommodations are confirmed once again once a reservation is made. The instructions for where to check-in are also listed within the reservation confirmation email. In review of the Customer file we do not show any discrepancies with the accommodations or that there was a complaint made. However, we are looking into the issue with the hotel and hope to resolve it promptly.
