I wholeheartedly agree with all the negative reviews. Please do not accept any gifts and please do not put your signature on any paperwork whatsoever. You will regret it. Scammers are in abundance in this organization. They have no desire to look into and help resolve your issues and concerns. Their goal is simply to take as much or as little as they can from you. BUYER BEWARE.

DO NOT BUY INTO THIS SHAM OF A COMPANY. I will get out at earliest opportunity because the lies they told me at the presentation was all a huge scam. They should be investigated for questionable sales techniques. For what I spent on one week of time there, I could have bought a week at the best hotel in the world with all the bells and whistles. Don't get sucked in to this scam.

We have sent letters or emails this summer and fall on the following dates: 7/25/22, 8/29/22 and 9/29/22 with no response of any kind. Last contact with this company was a form letter in June. THIS is the type of service youre getting when you get hooked up with them. We want out!

Misinformation at presentation. Hidden fees and clauses to things that were not spoken on but made shiny during presentation. Lies ***** services is a joke. They actually have no regard for the lies that are presented, referring to what was signed. Exchanged week at Hilton to interval, we're told 3 weeks in exchange, it's not. Because we didn't renew interval membership, we can't use what we've given interval and we have a fee to pay before we can use it if we buy on to the membership. I am livid at the treatment that we have received. We are seeking *******.Week and money stolen due to lies at presentation.

Spinnaker is a company that engages in deceptive sales tactics and fraud! Pay attention to where you are staying and who you are talking to if you are on one of their Timeshare presentations. THIS IS NOT REAL ESTATE, and they are 100% going to lie and tell you it is! After hours of being coerced by several members of the Spinnaker staff, we finally relented to the pressure and invested in their company. Our decision was enormously influenced by the following: * RCI membership, sold as a passport to the world. * That we were investing in real estate. * That we were able to rent our unit out to people. All of these were outright lies! AND we should have known better, but after many hours and significant pressure and misrepresenting what they were selling, we decided to go for it. Again, the points system, RCI, and the ability to rent were exclusively the reasons that we decided to buy. Conversely to the hours spent on hearing about the product, they made sure we spent a very short amount of time on the reading of our contract. Asking questions was discouraged, and we werent made aware of several key documentslike our legal right to rescission. We were never told what would happen if we passed away, and the total financial details were glossed over rather quickly.?? We are done with Spinnaker, shame on you for misleading us and being dishonest about all the facts.??

I had previously made the decision to cancel my contract with Spinnaker Resorts. I did contact them, and was told that cancellation was not an option, so I continued to make my payments and make the best of the situation. However, after attending an owners update this year, the decision was made for me to never buy anything from them anymore. When I told the salesperson I had no intention of upgrading and that I no longer wanted my timeshare he rudely informed me that even after I finish paying off the loan, I will still have maintenance fees to pay, and that Spinnaker would get my money regardless. What a pitiful product they sell and pitiful people they employ on their sales team.

We called and spoke with a representative from Spinnaker who mentioned that she did see our many letters of complaint on our file but they were still trying to come to a decision on how to move forward with our request to cancel our timeshare ownership. She said she would have someone give us a call back to discuss the next steps. It is clear that Spinnaker is admitting to ignoring our concerns at this point. We never received the phone call that was promised. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from Spinnaker Resorts!

When Spinnaker Resorts in *********** called and offered a free hotel stay, we jumped at the chance to spend our 47th wedding anniversary in one of our favorite places. After nearly 4 hours of high-pressure and promises of being able to take vacations in our retirement years, we mistakenly agreed to purchase. Needless to say, we are senior citizens, both 70+ and bleeding our retirement savings dry trying to pay these timeshare fees. We were told this purchase was just like buying real estate and they offer a buy-back program for when we are no longer able to travel. NOT TRUE! I have a rare auto-immune disease in which stress exacerbates the condition. The deceptive sales methods and unclear explanations are definitely something everyone needs to be aware of and ought to be investigated by the authorities.

Own 3 timeshares in Kings Creek pay their maintenance fees every year, this year they switch payment companies and even though I already sent payment to the company they sent me to collections. I once again paid the collections amount on top of all the money already paid. They still havent cleared my account so that I can deposit my weeks. Numerous phone calls and emails to resolve have been fruitless. Stay away from this company they do not care for you and will only bleed you for your money
