    Account is positive $165.00, and the trash is not being picked up. Truck just drove by on 09/01/2023 and I put in a missed pick on 09/03/2023. I called on 09/05/2023 and was told it was going to be picked up on 09/06/2023, nope did not get picked up. Another missed pick was put in by customer service for 09/07/2023 and it was not picked up again. Then I called three times on 09/08/2023 and was told that they did not know why they did not pick it up. I called again on 09/09/2023 report that they again did not pick up the trash on that street. Was told that they will be by 12pm. Guess what they never came so now we are two weeks behind on the trash pickup. I can prove they never came by because there is a camera on the house. I can also prove that on 09/01/2023 they just drove past the house.
    Here we are on 09/11/2023 and still no trash pickup.
    When I call for a supervisor because the customer service can't seem to help i am told there is no supervisors there. I have been told every time someone will call me back, but no one calls.

    I am sorry about your management issues that is not my concern. I want two weeks credited back to my account due to us now being on week three of this issue. Also, The trash will be overloaded till it all gets picked up from the last couple of missed pick ups.

    I discontinued trash service with Carolina Waste in South Carolina on April 12, 2023. Since payment is collected quarterly in advance, I was due 2 1/2 months as a refund. Today is September 6, 2023 and I have not yet received the refund despite numerous calls to Carolina Waste. Every time I call I get some other story or excuse about billing cycles, corporate policies and procedures. It should not take 5 MONTHS to obtain a refund. When you contract for service, you have to immediately provide a credit card. They have advised that they do not refund to the credit card and that I have to wait for a check which could take MONTHS. This is ridiculous and the practice should be revised and monitored by appropriate regulatory agencies. Why does it take months to issue a refund? What are they doing with my money.

    Over the past year, Carolina Waste & Recycling LLC has completely failed to do it's most basic feature as a service. They regularly fail to pick up garbage on the days they say they will. They have completely stopped picking up yard debris and bulk pickups (like cardboard, etc.), even though it is still listed on their site that those are services they provide. They have not picked up my yard debris in close to 5 weeks, they have only ever picked up our cardboard once and that was after jumping through multiple hoops and being on the phone for multiple hours.

    They always promise that a team will come and pick up the missed garbage either the same day or next day, well it has been 5 weeks and still no team has come to collect our yard waste. Today was our pick up day for normal garbage and they neglected to empty the entire garbage can, leaving half of it full. Not only is the un-professional, but this is now becoming a health hazard, as multiple houses are either not getting their garbage picked up or half picked up, resulting in weeks of garbage building up in peoples homes. I know some neighbors that are having to take their trash to the landfills every week since Carolina Waste & Recycling LLC refuse to perform their duties.

    This is a terrible company that should be shut-down and prevented from ever doing business in any state again. I have never had so much trouble with a company when all I ask is for them to complete the services I am currently paying for. I would love to swap companies to a more caring one, but unfortunately our county has a contract with them. So for now, we are stuck with this sham of a company and will more than likely have to resolve our own garbage issues on our own and continue to pay them to literally do nothing.

    I pay $54.56 every month to this company and since they are not doing their jobs, I would either like a full refund or to have my billing adjusted to a MUCH lower rate since I am clearly not getting what I pay for.

    We are contracted through Carolina Waste for our garbage removal. After scheduling a bulk pickup over a week ago, I have been given a different answer each time after calling them multiple times a week and being told they will send someone out the next day. We are getting warnings from the HOA and neighbors are complaining about the boxes sitting outside for over a week. During my last call they informed me that they are short staffed and won't be out for another week. I have my open house this weekend and was hoping to have this mountain of boxes picked up before then. Someone needs to send a truck out here ASAP.

    We purchased a house in July and Carolina waste is the only trash company we can use per our county. We have been waiting for our trash cans to be delivered. I called & asked for an update on when to expect them - i was told 6-8 weeks. Completely unacceptable. If i am paying $54 every 3 months for my trash, i should have a trash can at the very least. I was told to put bags to the curb & they will pick them up. I did this and they never came. it is not just with me, it is my neighbors as well. i called to speak to a manager about the trash can situation and my concerns were brushed off by the customer service rep and i still haven’t heard from a manager 2 weeks later.

    I've lost count of the number of times they have not picked up our bulk trash on the scheduled date. In May they went three straight weeks of not collecting it. They don't communicate, and they don't do anything to solve the problem. Three weeks ago they didn't pick up Friday's until the following Tuesday. Yesterday I was told they would be out to get last Friday's bulk trash that day; they never showed up. Today they've cut off all communication with me, other than the residential dispatcher Ms. Duggins who didn't have the decency to call me herself and had her customer service person relay that they weren't coming at all and would get it their next scheduled pickup day, this Friday. Skipping the service for a week is not a solution. I paid for this service. If it's not provided before Friday, that means I didn't get the service I paid for. If they don't send a truck on Wednesday, I'm asking for a refund for the last 4 months of service, as there hasn't been a single month since May where they picked up what they were supposed to every week. It's theft to take money for services and not provide those services. If bulk trash is not collected from 207 Rice Mill Pl in Charleston on Wednesday 8/9/23, I formally request the last 4 months of services refunded.

    This bulk pick up was serviced on 8-9-23. We had a sub driver on the route on Monday and didn't know they were supposed to service the bulk pick up, as our normal procedure is for all bulk items to be scheduled. I've confirmed with the driver that the boxes were picked up this morning.

    Carolina Waste and Recycling is the Contractor that has the Berkeley County Contract. My scheduled pick up day is Thursday - we still have not had our trash picked up at any of the homes on H**** Dr. Several people have called them only to receive a lame excuse and that they would get someone out - those someone's never show up! Our trash is now stacked on the ground for animals to get into.

    We are contracted through Carolina waste for our garbage removal. Included in our contract is yard waste removal. They have gone I’ve two months without picking up our yard waste after calling them every multiple times a week and being told they will send someone out the next day. We are getting warnings from the HOA and neighbors are complaining that the waste sits out there week after week. Asked for managers and we get the run around each time.

    Carolina Waste has not serviced our neighborhood for two weeks trash is starting to pile up and residents have contacted the city of Summerville and Carolina Waste nothing has been done yet

    Have requested special pick up more than once and sent e-mail requests and complaints. Nobody ever showed up to collect my trash. I also have had an unacceptable amount of trash left behind during our normal trash pickup. Often the e-mails I send do not receive a response for days if I even get one at all.
